Amazing place to stay, everything was exceptional

Stay away from this Agency and never book here! In the beginning everything was great. We had a friendly and quick communication and had a good feeling about the booking. Since we booked through Airbnb, we didn't see the rather bad Google reviews. We still hoped that everything would be great. Our friends arrived a day before us and checked into the Airbnb. When we arrived the next day, they already told us that the house was rather horror-like and that they didn't feel comfortable at all. We thought they were exaggerating. But when we went to the Airbnb ourselves, we were shocked. It took less than 5 minutes and our clothes were clammy, our skin was sticky, our noses were closed and my eyes were turning red. Many woodlice crawled all over the floor, bedroom, bathroom (all signs of mould in the walls) and geckos crawled from the bed into the air conditioner to hide when you turned on the light in the room.
Thankfully, Airbnb helped us right away and solved the problem immediately and we were able to move out (in the middle of the night).
Our contact 'Angela' from Airbnb had the audacity to leave me a super bad review with lies in it which luckily was deleted by Airbnb immediately as we could prove that she lied. In addition to the super UNPROFESSIONAL behavior, I got a private message from Angela saying 'Good luck with Karma'.
Which I think says a lot about a Holiday-Apartment-Rental-Agency!
Well, I would say that karma takes care of itself and I hope that no guest will have to experience such a bad situation in the future!

Stay away! Not an honorable company from our experience (a total of 11 people were effected by their actions), especially if you have an issue with what you have booked as the local authorities can’t do anything about them keeping your money!

My family and I along with a couple and their children had booked a villa for 10 days.

We spent €23,976 between us.

Our friends had arrived the day earlier and were very concerned with what EcoIbiza had given us.

When we arrived we saw that the pictures and what was described was not what we had paid for.

We brought it up with them and they told us they couldn’t refund us.

Our friends stayed one night and the next day we had found another villa that matched the price we paid and was suitable for 2 families. But now we had to pay twice which caused a lot of stress for us.

They kept out money even though we left after the first night.

When someone keeps your money out of bad faith is criminal!

What they advertised was not what we paid for and the local authorities couldn’t do anything!

We were seeking what was fair, ecoibiza and the team were far from fair.

This is what we sent them and they had nothing to say.

As per our previous correspondence I would like to lodge a formal complaint on the basis that Mr. Alex Roseman and the other guests have been given false information regarding the property, Villa Finca Cielo, as advertised by Eco Ibiza.

We can confirm our above statement by following our own investigation and support our findings as follows:

Very old, broken appliances. The oven needs to be turned on using a knife!!

We were told it had a “modern large kitchen with top appliances”

Air con not in every room - not in living, dining, one bedroom, kitchen

We were told “All the facilities in the house are of top quality and include air conditioning”

Very strong humidity smell everywhere in all cupboards and humidity stains on the walls

We were told” All the facilities in the house are of top quality”

We were told that the “gardener” lives on the property right under the pool who we saw topless this morning.

This was never disclosed in any of the correspondence/information shared and cannot be advertised as a “private villa”

We were advised that the pool is in the process of being cleaned?

“the signature infinity pool”

We have yet to receive the remote for the gate which allows for any person to gain access to the villa.

An unknown vehicle drove straight onto the property and started taking videos, absolutely no privacy at all.

They are a criminal company and I would stay very very far away from them.

They have a backwards way on how they run their business, saying they pay the owners of the villas all the clients money (minus their most likely ridiculous fee on top), before the client even steps foot in the villa. So when you are not happy, they then use this as their excuse of why they can’t pay you back.

Any company that behaves this way is a reflection of the CEO.

The CEO is Roberto San Esteban and any other venture they are involved in should be viewed very carefully based on our experience we had.

If you need further proof of our claims, happy to provide in order for you to stay safe.

My team who were involved in the communication back and forth with EcoIbiza will be writing their own experience to add gravitas to our story.

I am not here to judge, everyone will be judged for there actions when it’s there time.
