A. They could have mentioned about the concert .
B. They could have changed my room rate to match the smaller room
C. Pls don't tell me.... "but it's a free concert"
D.ten out of ten people in the same side of the building were complaining with not one manager willing to ask them to turn it down.
NEVER will I return... But reading their pre written responses to anybody who is having an issue.I really don't think they care. I was in Room 330.I'm sure you can find out who I am.
The room was very spacious and comfortable and the outdoor lounge areas were very nice.
Overall our stay was nice. There were a few fails, especially the elevators being out of service and the cleanlinessof the stairs and hallways, that were hard to overlook.
