we stayed one night here. we got in a little late,,dusk. upon paying we found they added an $54 resort fee that was not on the website. the fee is for use of bikes instead of rental, yard games, pool and hot tub. only problem was it was dusk and all that was close and we were leaving by 11 so our 54 didn't buy us anything. i thought this very unfair. the receptionist just said, well all the resorts do this. after being in the keys for a week, i did not find this true. the room was nice. the view was cool ...i just thought folks should know that. it didn't seem to be close to anything special however i didn't look deeply.

I DO NOT recommend this place. They do not offer half of the amenities mentioned on the website. The pool bar and tiki bar were never opened. The grounds look vacant and unkempt. The pool area was hideous. Landscaping in poor condition, leaves and debris all over. No pool tiles, just concrete. Looks like it has not been renovated in 20 plus years. The rooms were ok, clearly have been updated but dirty. There was dust on the ceiling fan, etc. I checked out a day early because I was so unhappy, the girl at the front desk was unapologetic. The manager was not available and has still not called, emailed or issued me my refund for the night I did not stay. There are far too many choices and places to stay for the same price as this. Do yourself a favor and book ANYWHERE else.

As a first time in the Keys we would stay here again. We loved the amenities the resort had to offer. The view on the beach was spectacular. The service was great as well.

We just got here. The room is beautiful! We payed a lot to have waterfront view. It's far away , our view is blocked by the dock master building. They hit us up with a 54 a day charge to use amenities??. Really? Every hotel comes with it since it's on the website. This isn't what the website showed. Very disappointing!! It is near everything in walking distance. There's a place down the road which offers everything that we thought we were getting.

I would not recommend this place and you’re over an hour from key west. The rooms are nothing special and the floors are filthy. The hall ways aren’t cleaned, the commons area need a lot of maintenance . Pool bar and beach tiki bar was never opened and debris all over the pool area, & soaking wet cushions that they never bring in. Poor breakfast box, is a shame. Would not recommend at all. Resort fee was charged for nothing

Das Hotel ist nicht empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. Man kann es sich sparen. Sind nur einmal hingegangen und haben nichts gegessen. Habe zwei Zimmer gebucht und mir wurden jeweils 108$ berechnet. Die gab es nicht zurück. Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und man hat die Autos von der Straße gehört.

Das Resort liegt wunderbar....sber einige Dinge sind sehr schade.Beim Einchecken wurden wir von einer netten Frau, deren Englisch allerdings schwer zu verstehen war, auf eine Service Pauschale von 49,00 Dollar hingewiesen....obwohl wir das Hotel bereits vorher über Reisebüro mit Frühstück für drei Personen gebucht hatten, mussten wir dann noch ein Frühstück extra kaufen. Da wir aufgrund von Staus aufgrund von Baustellen eine sehr fordernde Fahrt hinter uns hatten trübte das unsere Freude endlich auf den Keys zu sein doch sehr.Das Zimmer und die Umgebung ist schön, müsste allerdings besser in Schuss gehalten werden..

Decepción total con este resort . Somos unos clientes q regresan y esta vez con amistades para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposo . Empezando q reservamos 3 habitaciones con vista al golfo nos dicen en la mañana revisando el sistema q todo está bien pero q el check in no es hasta las 4pm y a las 5 pm nos llaman porq no habían terminando de limpiar y nos dicen q una de las habitaciones de nuestros amigos no está disponible q estaba sobrevendida . Luego reitero no es la primera vez aquí y lo q más nos interesaba era usar la rampa para bajar los Jetski y efectivamente habíamos llamado antes de reservar y el servicio seguía disponible incluso en front deck nos dicen luego de pagar el parqueo de 70 dólares por noche de cada Jetski q ya podíamos usar la rampa . Nos dirigimos a la rampa y la señora Dori de Dock Máster con una actitud muy grosera comienza a gritarnos y muy molesta nos niega el acceso y dice q ese servicio ya no lo ofrece el resort q teníamos q ir a la rampa pública , nos dirigimos a front deck y allí nadie sabía nada de este cambio y en cada turno confirmamos q nadie sabía porq todos nos decían q si podíamos usar la rampa .
Luego esa señora nos empezó a vigilar aparentemente vio a alguien con un vaso y fue a decir q era ron donde pudieron comprobar q era totalmente falso no entiendo esa actitud hostil de ella .
Me sentí tan decepcionada q decidimos hacer el checkout un día y una noche antes no podíamos seguir en un lugar donde hay tanta desorientación ,desorganización y no les interesa el bienestar de sus huéspedes ni respetan reservas ni servicios q te aseguran ofrecen .Nadie ni siquiera preguntó porq nos estábamos hiendo claro ahí a nadie le importa de todas formas ya la reserva completa se había cobrado .
Solo agradecer a Maikel y Pedro creo personal de servicio o mantenimiento q fueron las únicas personas de este resort q nos trataron como debe tratar un anfitrión a sus huéspedes .
Nunca más regresaremos y todos se llevaron la peor opinión, una pena q no valoren a los clientes .

Hotel was ok for the price. “Good”

Chairs on porch were broke, asked to get new ones so we could use the patio. “Never happened”
No food at the resort, had two bars but one was never open, the bar down by water was open every night but not much of a selection. The grounds is very dark at night, and could use a real good cleaning as it’s very dirty. Pool is big, hot tub is small but was very warm.

Lastly if it wasn’t for Eric the bartender at the point bar, this trip would have been even worse. He was atleast friendly and very accommodating and helpful with giving us ideas to do while down there in Marathon.

To say we were dissatisfied would be an understatement.
The first piece of advice I would give is do not be like me and read the reviews and give them the benefit of the doubt and tempt to book with them anyways.
It takes roughly 12-13 hours for us to drive there - we called the day before to request an early check in. I was advised by the female I spoke with we could come early and let them know we were here and relax by the pool and they would call us when our room was ready.
Wrong. We get there and the rude employee was so lazy and very unhelpful - mind you we traveled this time with a 4 year old. We went to the front desk multiple times to see if the room was ready but the employee continued to sit on her phone and state over and over again “no check in until 4” despite what we were told the previous day.
Finally at 4pm we were able to check into our room. However when presenting another worker who actually checked us in with my card for payment I was very shocked when I noticed an extra $200 was added to the total - I requested to know why I was not advised of these charges at the time of booking. The worker advised me it’s a $50 deposit which we will get back and a $48 a day “resort fee”.
Months ago when I booked this they took a 350$ “deposit” so I’m not sure why they needed another $50.
And to the resort fee… $48 A DAY… for what? Access to pool towels which people bring them with anyways?
The poolside tiki bar was not opened once our entire stay. The pointe “bar and grill” was a shack in the sand that did serve amazing Pina colada's however where is the food that is advertised?
Breakfast was a white cardboard box that contained 1 frozen waffle, 1 frozen egg, a container of OJ and a small yogurt. Not appetizing at all.
We decided we would check out early seeing as this was a very disappointing stay for us.
Low and behold when I go to check out and I am handed a receipt there are $800 more worth of charges and for what? The employee when I checked out was the same employee that refused to check in early. She was only concerned about sitting in the chair in the corner on her phone and providing the least amount of customer service as possible.
There was a bit of a language barrier making it very very hard to understand where all of these extra charges came from.
I am really looking forward to speaking with their manager for an itemized receipt.
Please take it from someone who just wasted nearly $2000($1700) on this “resort”
DRIVE 5 minutes down the road and stay the the Courtyard by Marriott - the bar and restaurant were actually open and the service was amazing. You will also receive a real breakfast and employees who seem to actually have the drive to preform their job duties with enthusiasm.

After reading the most recent reviews (driving down from MIA at 9pm) I was anxious. I kept repeating to myself, "go with the flow"....
When we arrived, I requested a lower level room because there is no elevator and I haven't been very kind to my knees over the years. The gentleman spent at least 10 mins, with a line of others to checkin forming, going through the computer trying to accomodate. He seemed genuinely sad when he couldn't.
When we got to our room, I was shocked. It really is very nice and pretty much, just like the photos. In fact, on the way out to get food, I stopped at the office to thank the gentleman for trying to find a lower level room and to tell him the room he assigned to us was quite lovely.

We booked here for 5 nights through VRBO. Their advertising is incredibly deceptive, everything is an additional charge. The floor in the rooms will leave your feet black or ruin your socks. The pool needed to be replastered years ago. The tiki bar is only open Thur-Sun in the afternoon. There is not a beach, instead it’s a sand area surrounded by sea walls. The oceanfront bar is only open Thur-Sun evenings and was out of vodka & tequila. There are no bathrooms down by the waterfront bar. This place has not seen a landscaper in years. The breakfast is a boxed covid breakfast. We paid over $530 a night for a king room with a balcony. They said that our booking agent didn’t book a balcony, just a king room and wanted to charge us even more for a balcony. When I showed her that it said I had a balcony she blamed the listing and said they have no control over what they say. The name of the resort wasn’t listed in any of their VRBO listings so I couldn’t look it up on Google ahead of time. Now I know why.

Hôtel sympa et joli, et personnel gentil.
Nous avons eu une chambre avec 2 vrai lit double, top pour les enfants.
Bon quelques point moins drôle, une forte odeur de moisissures dans la chambre malgré un bon état général, peut être l'humidité général du secteur... 2 petits déjeuners et rien pour les enfants, une chambre de 4 mais que 2 déjeuners.
Petit déjeuner très sommaire, une boite en carton, suffisante pour se nourrire mais pas appétissante du tout, du genre de se que l'on vous sur des vols low cost.
Après avoir payé 498€ dont 48€ de taxes en ligne pour 2 nuits.
Nous avons encore 108€ de taxes pour l'hôtel en plus, juste des taxes pas de consommation bar ou autres...
Nous n'avons pas tous les moyens des américains...
Grand parking inclus avec une jetée très sympa mais pas de plage pour 350€ la nuit.

Originally I'd probably give this place a 3 to 4 star but one of the staff members here is awesome showed us some great spots to check out and was very welcoming Eric made it almost feel like we had cone to visit family rather then a resort.

This is the worst hotel. It looks like a shack. I booked reservations online. The pictures looked amazing, once I got to the property I spoke to the manager and told her this place is not up to par with the photos as she agreed with me, but still charged me $475.00 and didn’t want to reimburse me. False advertisement. I didn’t stay but they still charged me. I would not recommend this hotel. I am still fighting to get my money back.
