DK was awesome, he is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean. And the location is very safe and comfortable. We love it here at the red red roof
front desk was very nice and friendly my room was clean staff very friendlyto me and my family I definitelywould come back and the house keeping Ms. Linnett was amazing made sure we had everything we needed plus more she do he job very well
I always have a great stay here. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Wi-Fi works great and property is very clean and safe as well as clean excellent housekeeping. Dk at the front desk is great and always provides excellent service.

From the moment I approached the front desk, Tia greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Her friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my interactions with Tia, she consistently demonstrated a remarkable dedication to customer service.
Tia's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. She not only efficiently handled my check-in process but also took the time to provide me with valuable information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. Her thorough knowledge and eagerness to assist made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
What truly impressed me was Tia's ability to maintain a positive attitude even during busy periods. Despite the demands of the front desk, she remained composed and attentive to each guest, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. This hotel took my money and never gave me a room for the night which caused me to have to sleep in my car and miss work. I called the hotel prior to arrival to ask if I can check in early. The guy who answered said yes. When I arrived, it was around 1:30p. The white lady with the dreads stated that their system was down earlier and they might not have any room available. She began to look and stated that there was 1 room that would be ready in 2 hours and took my phone number so that she could call when the room was available. I left and drove to st Augustine to handle so things in the meantime. I arrive back to this location at 5:30pm and waited until 5:45pm in lobby for her to tell me the room type I paid for was not ready and should be ready in 30 mins. I asked for my money back and she said that they did not charge my card so to contact the party I paid through which is Priceline. I immediately walked out to refrain from being rude because i can see if wasn’t ready early, but it is now almost 2 hours after checkin and i still didn’t have a room. I called Priceline who then called Redroof. Priceline proceeds to tell me that the last at red roof says that she does have a room for me and won’t release my refund. I walked back in the lobby and waited in line. She still kept helping others who came in after me and kept putting Priceline on hold. She was soooooo disrespectful and out of line. She showed no concern whatsoever. She started to get so rude to me and started cussing me. I kept telling her that all I want is my money back so that I could go to another hotel. Priceline said they needed her permission to refund my money. I waited for about an hour and still received no service. I even requested to speak to the supervisor several times which she ignored like I never asked. What kind of low budget mess is this?
THIS WAS THE MOST GHETTO, WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I WILL NEVER EVER BOOK HERE AGAIN. AND THAT RACHET AND UNPROFESSIONAL LADY AT THE DESK NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH RED ROOF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BBB AS WELL.
The only way to fix this with me is to refund my money. I was never checked into a room. They wanted to downgrade my room. That’s not how it works. If you downgrade my roof you need to refund me the difference PERIOD.
Tia is always friendly and helpful accurate with the reservation knowledgeable about the city and housekeeping cleans well grounds are well maintained management is always friendly and accommodating
Dirty old room that smelled of bleach. Stains everywhere including the sheets. Burn holes on the comforter. Pretty sure there was an illegal transaction outside of my room. Scary location. Lots of homeless in the parking lot. Changed hotels the same night. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful.
I was in a horrible situation and needed a place to stay! Red roof was affordable, everyone who worked there was great, it was safe! They could use a remodel but nothing bad to say at all!!!
I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to all the staff here for being so kind and helpful to my brother. He raved about your service that went above and beyond expectations. I know his situation can be challenging and you all rose up to it and did an amazing job.
