Infelizmente uma experiência muito negativa! Quartos com carpetes cheios de mofo, precisando de uma boa reforma. Esquecemos alguns documentos no hotel, mandei diversos e-mails sem obter retorno. Liguei e fiquei muito tempo esperando a atendente me informar sobre a documentação, acabei desligando o telefone devido ser uma ligação internacional. Com o preço da ligação faço uma segunda via dos documentos esquecidos. Descaso total. Não recomendo mesmo!
Um ponto positivo é a localização do hotel.

The hotel is run down. It needs an update badly. Things are in disrepair, keys stop working constantly, it feels and smells dirty because it's rundown. The elevators are sketchy and open and close randomly. We had two different types of old carpet that were freyed and had holes in it and doors with holes that were spackled over. The people who work there are amazing though. Considering what they have to work in everyday, they were so nice and helpful but they deserve better working conditions.

I wish I read the Google reviews instead of those booking website reviews. DO NOT book this hotel. This is the worst “hotel” I’ve been lied to thinking it was a 3 star hotel. Everything is damaged, things are falling apart.

I booked a double queen and got something different. Had to argue with the front desk for a while. They kept saying it’s a booking from a third party for a standard room not a double queen. Then got switched to a smoking room. Disgusting. There’s no water fountain. Carpet is dirty. Bed springs make noise on contact. Bathroom door damaged. Door frames damaged. Feels like I’m in a crime ridden neighbourhood

The rate wasn’t even that cheap. There’s much better choices out there that’s closer to universal

Worst decision yet on hotels.

Oh in addition we found a cockroach on the floor and I had to kill it.

I stayed here while on business. Breakfast wasn't anything special. Wasn't a fan of the sausage, but the bacon was good the one time I had it while there for 3 weeks. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly. Several good places to eat close by.

***Complete Tear Down*** If quality standards matters to you do not stay here!! Booked here due to Club Sports Team mainly booked at this located. What a mistake… the photos of this place as of March 7th, 2024 are all false. Stayed one night to try to give it a chance (one night for the team); when l seen the roaches… it was time to leave immediately! Totally uncomfortable… what a nightmare. I was given a refund for the remaining stay only.
-Roaches (in room and dining area)
-mold smell in rooms
-disgusting carpet in rooms
-dark color schemes in room and old furniture
-water damage cover up everywhere
-missing security latch on hotel room door
-Homeless people constantly roaming the parking lot and seem some check in too
-Main daytime check-in lady isn’t friendly (seems to hate her job and everyone that checks in)
-Different to get out of hotel area during business hours and night peak times
-Malfunctioning toilet that ran all night
-shower leak onto floor (craziness)

I didn’t expect a lot for the group rate paid however what was presented there was and is unacceptable. I knew better… Orlando and some surrounding areas with the main attractions near by have extremely beat up hotels that are not properly maintained. Nice Airbnbs or highly rated bookings at the elite resorts are the way to go for this area.

Hotel room was old, rundown, dirty, and had a STONG musty smell. When we asked for a different room they said there were none available. They went up, fixed air conditioner( apparently had been leaking) vacuumed, and sprayed some air freshner. Was greatful it was only for one night. Definitely would have found a different hotel if was staying longer. Would not recommend.

The first room we were assigned to had a moldy moisture smell and sure enough, upon further investigation, there was mold in the restroom. The second room was manageable but it looked like, what could be blood on the carpet in multiple places.
We arrived back to our room around 11:30pm and did not easily find parking. A quick search for parking on the side of the building took my kids, in the presence of a man shooting up drugs in his arm. This exposed them to something that had NEVER experienced previously. I did infom the front desk.
-The elevator had a stick mess on the floor for one day to another. We were extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location.

One of the worst hotel so far. The room is very cold, heater is not working. Table lamp is not working. There are some stuff store in this room. Overall horrible situation. I strongly recommend to avoid thia hotel, otherwise you will regret.

This hotel is the most horrible hotel I have EVER stayed in. I had to change rooms four times upon check in before I would consider sleeping at this establishment over night. I felt uncomfortable the entire time of my stay. Unfortunately, I prepared for a 4 night/5 day trip due to a volleyball tournament before reading the reviews. I felt unsafe & disgusted by the horrid conditions & smell of this place the entire time. The linens were soiled & extremely hard! The toilet kept clogging. The bed had stains. The carpet was so dirty I had to throw my soaks away. The entire 5th floor smelt like sewage. My throat hurts from the horrible moldy environment. I will never step foot in this place again. They served breakfast, it I wouldn’t dare eat here. The only saving grace was the nice front desk staff. Outside of them, the building and my stay were all a nightmare. I requested a refund but was denied. Do not stay here, it’s awful!! I was very disappointed

This place is nasty. I've never paid so much to be disappointed. The carpets are stained. The room smells moldy. There were body fluids in the room. There's a club next door so this could just be a hook-up destination. Everything was nasty from the furniture to the bathrooms. The dining area was very dirty as well. It was dirty during breakfast but then around 5 pm it was still dirty. We did see a man on the main level pushing a vacuum cleaner from 1945. Don't make this regret. Stay somewhere else. It was loud, out dated, & dirty. Parking is terrible.

Currently in this old musty dirty hotel for our last night. I can't believe Choice Hotels lends its name to this building. Bad parking. The night club next to it takes as many spaces as they drunk'n stoned want and there is no regard for life while walking. Location is kind of good but you have to drive across other properties to access it. The entire facility is dirty and in need of a maid. There are must dial people here but nothing is clean. There are boogers on the wall in our room. A hole in the ceiling is entry for creepy crawly things. Holes in the walls of bathroom too. Furniture chipped, splintered, and looks like and animal chewed in everything. Lots of signs of mice but haven't seen one yet. How can they charge $300 for such a nasty hotel? The carpet has something growing in the fibers. The pool was slimy and had leaves and debris in it. We were disappointed. There's something that looks like body fluid on the walls near the bed. Save yourself. Don't stay here. They must have paid people to leave good reviews.

Rooms need some updating, there was a musty smell, need repainted. The location is perfect though! Worth the price to stay in this area!

The couch was in horrible shape we didn’t even want to touch it . Look like it was just used in the very worst way. Keeping the words family friendly here. The thermostat had an ERR …paint off the door and cabinet. I stayed one hour and left waiting for a response for my refund.

We checked into this hotel Feb 29, 2024. The room smelled like urine and we discovered a huge (at least 3 inch) cockroach climbing up the wall. We were told that we would get a refund but we have not received it. $140.The staff was friendly but I do not recommend this hotel.
We drove a short distance to The Hampton Inn and had a spotless suite for a lower price.I had to give 1 star to complete this survey but I honestly wouldn't have even. Given it 1 star.

Accueil sympathique 24h/24, grand parking gratuit.
Chambre spacieuse & propre avec belle salle de bain et tous produits de toilettes inclus. Micro-ondes, frigo, coffre-fort gratuit et climatisation.
Petite déjeuner sommaire avec muffins, gaufres, yaourts et fruits à se servir soi-même (à volonté).
Navette gratuite pour le parc Universal Studios (départ à 8:30 et retour à 19:00). Pas de navette pour Seaworld mais autre astuce pour s'y garer gratuitement (me contacter). Hôtel bien placé si vous voulez faire ces 2 parcs.

Hôtel assez bruyant car juste à côté de l'autoroute donc n'oubliez pas les bouchons d'oreilles pour bien dormir.
Wi-fi gratuit mais qui n'a pas toujours fonctionné dans la chambre, il fallait se rendre à la réception pour y avoir accès (pas bien pratique).

Voiture indispensable.
A recommander car très bon rapport qualité/prix (64€ taxes comprises).

Astuce pour la chambre : Demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur l'autoroute.
