I don't actually think this place is a hotel, but a collection of short term rentals. 5 stars for location, with lots of cute and walkable places nearby. The pool is fine, and towels are provided. The gym is teeny and outdated so don't bother. There's only 2 functional elevators so expect to wait for a while. I'm pretty sure rooms vary based on who you're renting from, but we stayed in 2017-2 and it was gorgeous. There's no bar or restaurant on site, nor is there a convenience store or anything like that. But it's still great for the price.
Outdated TV. Rooms reminded my of an Extended Stay. The elevators were slow and some were not working, so this had us waiting longer than normal to get to lobby etc. Good price however. Good location. I used the gym and it ot was clean and had a lot of items to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, no issues there.
We had an amazing honeymoon at Arya! The location and the view is incredible. Our room was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a kitchen and a huge wardrobe that kept everything organized. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. A huge plus for us was the indoor garage parking, which was a lifesaver.
I was mostly disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, it was that level of passably clean you find at most hotels, but upon close inspection, the attention to details is severely lacking. The balcony was disgusting. The staff was polite and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Much of the hotel was undergoing renovation, some amenities were unavailable. The walls were thin and everyone around us was very loud and obnoxious. Not the best experience for what was spent.
It was my first time in Miami . Our room had 1 queen bed and a sofa - bed , two TVS ( I don’t prefer the shows ) , two bathrooms , kitchenette , no mini bar , and the balcony withe view of Coral Gables . I had only 4 days in Florida . On the first day , my family and I went to the Italian restaurant “ Like Mike “ - I lived spaghetti , and the salad Like Mike was good too , it’s three minutes away of Arya Hotel , when you exit the building and turn right , and at intersection go straight . I was on South Beach for 1 time only , I went there by Uber for 30 minutes ; mostly , however , I was sunbathing ( 2 days ???? ) at the pool on the 8th floor of Arya . There is ballroom ( and restaurant ) on the same floor , actually . I ordered KFC to my room , and luckily , I guessed to give call to the front desk , and I went to the secretary for my dinner . Nordström Rack is 20 minutes away of Arya Hotel , I went by Uber . I was reading some books at the library , it’s very near to the hotel . I remember : On the next day I ordered myself some soda drink , and couple of bottled water ( from 7/11 ) , the courier brought everything to my room ! Bravo !!! I was excited , and besides of online $5 , I gave him an extra $5 banknote , it was at 4 am . My favorite Shampoo I bought at CVS , which is 7 minutes away , when you walk to the left from the hotel . The room was gloomy with low light . ????♀️
???????????????? is within half an hour from the Miami Airport .
This should be a great hotel, for the insane amount of money they charge and for the location. However, the rooms and bathrooms and kitchenettes are dirty! Hair on the floors and walks and doors. Kitchen cabinets had splatter on them. Hallways probably haven't been vacuumed for DAYS! There is close to zero sound insulation. They don't use fitted sheets on the beds, so your sheets get all tangled. Overall, a horrible experience! Never coming back. Do not recommend! Find something better for this price!
The view from the pool is breathtaking! Great staff and facilities. The area is lovely with tons of fantastic food options. A bit far from the beach though
I booked with them, but then wanted to upgrade my room. I called their number and the person over the phone told me that the coconut grove and the private oasis were in the same network, so I upgraded my room, but with private oasis. They still charged me for the first room so I paid for both and they even charged a cancellation fee on top of all of that. They told me their policies were strict and that there was nothing they could do.
Hospitality in this case does not care about you. They want to add stress to your vacation. They just care taking your money at all costs.
Needless to say, I'll never book with Arya or SoFla vacations again. It's a shame cause my wife and I travel all the time.
Excellent amenities and rooms for the price, missed a five-star cuz the rooms are starting to get a little worn at the edges and need a little freshening up
Having said that, what makes up for that fact is the personal service is amazing and the location is unbeatable
