Pools are perfectly heated, beach is serviced really well, location is great walking distance to SOBE food and wine fest. The bar service and drinks were fab and looking forward to visiting the restaurant on our next visit. Oh fitness center had it all too. AND we like to bike and there's a Citibike station right outside ????

Ficamos muito felizes com a experiência nesse local. Sabíamos que era um hotel já com certo tempo de história e que o atendimento não seria um luxo pois o valor era um dos mais razoáveis para Miami Beach. Porém, ganhamos uma vista espetacular da praia, amanhecer ali foi uma ótima experiência. Quarto com aparência limpa e roupas de cama muito confortáveis! Muito espaçoso! Banheiro limpo e moderno. Não tem estacionamento, mas possui várias vagas nas ruas ao redor com estacionamento grátis durante a noite… eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e indicaria a um amigo/familiar.

Ignore positive reviews, they are fake. All negative comments are so true unfortunately. There is no pool. Hotel is super old. Construction noise is all over. You can’t enjoy the view because of that and you can’t get rest because of noise even on weekends. They once shut down the elevator, so I had to walk on 9th floor by foot. Staff was nice, but this is the only good thing unfortunately. I booked through other web site so I didn’t look for the reviews unfortunately, but it’s overpriced and doesn’t look anything like pictures.

Worst Hyatt brand we have stayed at. Do not go there. Lobby is very old, rooms are from 1960, hallways are trashy, pool was closed , pool bar was closed, restaurants were closed,refregetator in room was not working, they give you hard bands for beach chair which are useless as at the beach they only give you 2chairs and 4 towels regardless occupancy in the room you paid for. Food and drink order at the beach you can not charge to the Room, one needs to carry payment to the beach. Waste of money staying at this property, ZERO Hyatt service one can expect, don't know why still in Hyatt system.

Dieses Hotel The Miami Beach EDITION verlangt viel Geld für sehr wenig Leistung. Einchecken ab 16 Uhr und dann wieder raus aus dem Hotel ab 11 Uhr. Wer länger bleiben will muss zahlen. Und Late Checkout oder Upgrade für Titatnium VIP Kunden? Fehlanzeige. Obwohl es heisst: Wenn Verfügbar gibt es Upgrade - so lautet es in diesem Hotel: Nur wer bezahlt bekommt ein Upgrade. Außerdem sind die Zimmer nicht gut sauber gemacht. Klimaanlage schlecht. Es war keine Freude dort gebucht zu haben. Das nächste mal buche ich ein anderes Hotel.

ビーチにすぐアクセスでき、パラソルや椅子を使え、カクテルも飲めるのでのんびりするにはもってこいの場所です。立地も41stと、騒がしい5stと14stの間からは離れているので静かです。マイアミに日本から直接来られるなら、この辺りで時差ボケを直してから5stあたりにホテルを移動すると、より楽しめるかなと思いました。プールとレストランに関しては、今年Andazになるための工事が理由で使えませんでした。
*Resort Feeとしてチェックイン時に1日$100徴収されます。チェックアウト時に返金されますが、お気をつけて。

Excelent location on mid-beach. The trolley stops are close and you can find many shopping and restaurant options. The rooms are bit tiny but very comfy. Highly recommended. Special thanks to the super kind and helpfully front desk staff.

Beware!!. If you want to spend time at a construction site, this place is for you. We had a room on the 11th floor, which had great views of the ocean, but also overlooked a construction project. Beginning at 6:45 AM to around 3, all you hear are incredibly loud trucks, and other construction equipment. If you sit on the balcony you can't even talk on the phone. Disgusting!. No way it should be rated 4 stars. Given the circumstances you would think the front desk staff and management would be concerned, unfortunately there response is that that if you paid attention to their web site you would have known better. I just never thought a 4 star Miami Beach hotel would even be open in light of the circumstances Plenty of beautiful hotels near by!

Title: Disappointing Experience at the Lexington Hotel
My recent stay at the Lexington Hotel left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, I encountered nothing but disappointment. The staff were dismissive and rude, setting a negative tone for the entire visit.
The state of the elevators was appalling; they were filthy and unkempt, giving off an air of neglect. Upon entering my room, I was greeted with a sight that resembled a 2-star short stay motel from my hometown, lacking even the most basic amenities. The absence of a shower curtain resulted in water splashing onto the floor, creating a slippery and hazardous environment. Additionally, the poor drainage of the shower led to ankle-deep flooding within minutes of use.
Despite attempts to regulate the temperature with the AC unit, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay, making for restless nights. Furthermore, the overall condition of the room left much to be desired, with trim and corners resembling those of a neglected slumlord's property.
In summary, my experience at the Lexington Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. I would strongly advise against staying here, as it fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel from February 17th to February 24th. I believe it is important for you to be aware of the incident in order to address the concerns and maintain the high standards that your establishment is known for.
On February 24th, at approximately 4pm, a female staff member entered my room without knocking on the door or providing any prior notice. This individual proceeded to instruct me to check out immediately with a loud and rude demeanor. I was taken aback by the unprofessional behavior displayed during this encounter.
I understand that check-out procedures are part of hotel operations, but the lack of courtesy in this instance was highly inappropriate. I believe that guests should be treated with respect and that any communication, especially regarding check-out, should be conducted in a manner consistent with the hospitality industry's standards.
Furthermore, the staff member mentioned that I needed to vacate the room within 30 minutes, or I would be charged a half-day rate. This ultimatum added unnecessary stress to my departure process. I believe such stringent and inflexible policies should be communicated in a more considerate manner, allowing guests sufficient time to comply without feeling rushed or pressured.
As a guest who chose The Miami Beach EDITION for its reputation of excellence, this experience has left me disappointed. I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution.

Yes, the premises are in need of an overhaul renovation. That said, the rooms are clean and adequate, the staff is very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The pool is very kid friendly (no guard), has beach access with chairs/umbrella included, walking distance to public transportation, a CVS 1 block down open 24 hrs. The area is quiet and safe to walk around.

A must-stay hotel! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at across the globe. From the service to the location to the unreal gym - pure bliss! I can’t wait to see what they do with the renovations. I’ll miss the Confidante but I’m sure the Andaz will also impress if they have the same staff. Kudos! Special thanks to Daniel for his empathy and kindness. He redeemed my birthday after an awful stay elsewhere. Lesson learned - always book Hyatt

Attached to a very nice CVS for your supplies ( beer, wine, water, etc.). Nice pool area. Free tasty breakfast. Hot coffee throughout the day. The resteraunt Piola has great pizza among other choices. A block from the beach. Staff is very accommodating. Excellent choice. Close to everything with free trolley. Rooms are smaller. The exercise room opens early. Garbage cans are small, so save your shopping bags.

На данный момент отель на не большой реконструкции, нет ресторана и бассейна. Но расположен в очень оживленном веселом районе и это не проблема. Напротив и рядом есть магазины, рестораны и движ. Локация отличная. Есть свой пляж с шезлонгами и официантами. Можно перекусить очень вкусно. За дополнительную плату есть шезлонг кровать, для детей отлично ;)
В пешей доступности есть все. Отличное месторасположение.
Единственное минус далеко прачечные ;)

The pool and direct beach access are closed due to construction, and that was not made clear early on. The noise isn't terrible, but you can hear it from the balcony and the beach.
Only one elevator was working, and it was in bad shape (lots of vibration).
The shower in our room leaked so badly that we had to get one of our towels soaking wet every shower to prevent a massive puddle from forming in the bathroom.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel may have been acceptable in its current state if the price were much lower, but for the price we payed the experience was inadequate.

Lovely location, great staff generally, fine food. Lovely pool and beach is across the boardwalk. It is premium pricing and everything is super expensive! Room was OK but nothing special (no view). No tea or (I think) coffee in the rooms.
