No te fíes del vestíbulo en el que el kitsch floridiano tiene un aspecto A pesar de este lado de la década de 1970, este hotel es muy confortable. Las habitaciones y suites son modernas y espaciosas, perfectamente equipadas con aire acondicionado, frigorífico, microondas, tele con pantalla plana, caja fuerte, secador de pelo, plancha. Aquellas que dan a la bonita playa de Sunny Isles permitirán ver la puesta de sol y levantarse sobre el océano: ¡instante mágico garantizado acompañado de una fotografía sublime! La piscina, justo enfrente del mar, es bastante grande y agradable. También podrá disfrutar de la hermosa y extensa playa de Sunny Isles, donde se encuentra el hotel. Es mucho menos turística y está abarrotada que la de South Beach. Recuerda ir a cenar una noche al restaurante del hotel, el Kitchen 305, ya que los platos siempre son de buena calidad y el ambiente se anima tras las 22:00 h, ya que un DJ se pone a los platillos... Cuidado ambiente siempre tan kitsch, pero se reirá bien.

The bad: The building is under construction so noisy during the day and the beach access was impacted. Also had some noisy neighbors above us for one night. A sneaky resort fee is charged, when ordering the room this was included, but when we checked in they explained that only the first day of the resort fee was charged and we need to pay additional resort fees for remaining days.
The ugly: Our room was very worn, dated, and not very clean. The shower did not have hot water, just warm and then cold during high demand times like morning and evening. Our room did not get cleaned a single time during our 5 day stay, so had to get extra towels a couple of times.
TLDR: Location is great, maybe things will improve after construction/repairs are completed.
