المكاااان رائع بعيد عن الزحمة ..

بالقرب منك مطعم ايراني .. وفود ترك قبال المستشفى ..( رز برياني ) لذيذ

وحديقه في الجهه الخلفيه من الفندق .. ومطل على البحر

Lo visité hace tiempo, un hotel que necesitaba una actualización importante, espero que las realicen pronto. En recepción el trato correcto. Las habitaciones por lo menos en la planta que nos asignaron estaban muy anticuadas, aire acondicionado "arcaico" cuarto de baño obsoleto, eso sí, las camas eran muy cómodas. Destaco las vistas desde nuestra habitación al Queensboro Bridge???? (East River) fue lo mejor.

For the price, this hotel was excellent. I had a great size room, high up, great view of the bridge. The young lady, Turquoise who helped me check in was efficient and polite. My card was declined at first which was my fault and handled it very politely. I would recommend and return. Instagram: @holycityhost

Die Stadtverwaltung von New York hatte das Hotel im April 2023 zwangsweise übernommen, um dort Bedürftige unterzubringen (kann man im Internet recherchieren). Das ist 6 Tage vor unserer Anreise geschehen. Weder die Buchungsplattform Opodo, noch das Hotel selbst hatten uns darüber informiert. Wir wurden erst nach unserer Anreise im Hotel darüber informiert und in das Schwesterhotel “Empire“ an die Upper Westside verlegt. Ein absolutes Desaster...

Hotel simpatico, 20 minutos a pé do metro e do 50 minutos a pé do centro de Manhattan, mais em volta do hotel tem muito comercio e o teleferico para a ilha de Roosevelt fica mesmo ao lado, quartos e condições boas, após alguns dias no Hotel, pediram para trocar de hotel por causa de obras, não fiquei chateado porque me ofereceram as taxas e o hotel que me meteram era mais central, gostei da atitude da Gerente, o meu quarto tinha uma vista explendia de parte da cidade.

I got there on 4/8/23 around 4 pm. I got all the way to the front desk before they finally informed me that the entire building was sold to the city and the hotel had moved me to the Empire Hotel. I booked through Expedia/ Hotwire, and did not receive any email or phone call information about this change. I had specifically booked this hotel due to its location. I never officially got to the room, but if you are booking this hotel, double check before you are stuck in a pickle.

We had reserved this hotel for our first trip to New York, which also happened to be our anniversary. Unfortunately, they cancelled our reservation at the last minute without providing any explanation. Do not reccoment anyone to stay there.

Hotel hat uns 3 Wochen vor Ankunft das Zimmer ohne Grund storniert. Aber kein Geld zurück überwiesen, das sie seit 3 Monaten haben. Absolutes no Go

I am still devastated by my experience. I will say they really did try to make things right and couldn't control a lot of what happened during my stay - it really was out of their control, but I know had I stayed at a chain hotel I wouldn't have had these same issues. So the star I am giving is for the owner(s) of the hotel - DO BETTER BY YOUR BUSINESS, PATRONS, AND EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THEY DESERVE BETTER!!! The customer service here is amazing, but the owners make it hard for the staff because they aren't handling the business side or keeping up the property as they should! AND WE KNOW THEY CAN AFFORD TO DO BETTER FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE! My company recommends this place to all our employees who have to travel to NY. I'm tempted to stop this practice! Just do better! I won't show my pics or post my videos out of respect for the amazing staffers - they don't deserve that and still need to make a living. DO BETTER - I CAN'T SAY IT ENOUGH!

This hotels location has a great view of the east river, Queens Boro Bridge and roosevelt Island trolley. Close proximity to good bars and restaurants. The bar has wines and beers so you don't even have to travel far. The front desk staff was very accommodating especially Christian! I would defintely stay again!

Stayed at the Bentley Hotel for a night with my boyfriend, and I have to say the accommodations and touches made by every individual staff made my experience more than five-star quality. We stayed at the Junior Suite with views overlooking Queensboro Bridge. Away from the hectic streets & loud sirens of midtown, the hotel is in the center of a neighborhood vibe with nice bars, eateries, and Trader Joe's! There is also a bar inside the hotel by the lobby with wide varieties of wine and booze. Not to mention, staff exhibits amazing hospitality services and makes an effort to always go the extra mile in meeting your expectations. I will definitely be staying at the Bentley Hotel again.
