Un magnífico hotel con restaurante, bar y galería de arte en Nueva York.
Este encantador hotel, construido en la década de 1920, se enorgullece de la fidelidad de sus huéspedes. Sus 99 habitaciones son espaciosas y acogedoras, y sus suites parecen pequeños apartamentos. Las habitaciones y suites no están numeradas, sino que tienen nombre, lo que les confiere un carácter más íntimo. Alfombras estampadas, camas con dosel, muebles antiguos... El hotel tiene un aire europeo muy agradable. El hotel también cuenta con un restaurante griego y un histórico restaurante neoyorquino llamado The Monkey Bar. Es suntuoso. En cuanto a la recepción, es muy agradable.

My wife and I came to NYC for a family celebration and spent our weekend here. The rooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfy. All staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. They provided us with delicious restaurant recommendations (highly recommend the Monkey Bar attached to the hotel if you can get a reservation) and set up reservations for when we arrived. They were also more than accommodating with our arrival and departure schedules when plans shifted around some. I should also note that the whole hotel is furnished with beautiful French antiques and florals which really add to the charm of the experience.
The location of the hotel was also wonderful. So many shops! There are also lots of delicious restaurants only a few blocks away, and if you are up for a little longer walk, you can easily get to Time Square and Broadway
The hotel also offers a complementary breakfast which later turns into a snack/coffee/tea room. We found the breakfast was more than substantial with yogurts, pastries, and some other options. It was great when we were in a hurry one morning, but also great when we were having a relaxing morning with tea/coffee before heading out for brunch.
It was an amazing weekend and I will absolutely be coming back next time I am in NYC.
The hotel was home to famous playwright Tennessee Williams for 15 years until his passing in 1984 at the very same hotel. The rooms are furnished is the classic traditional style. Service staff is very attentive and friendly. Guest lounge offers complimentary wine and appetizers during happy hour with snacks and beverages throughout the day and continental breakfast every morning.
