Long time ago, my friend was staying in hotel and she call me from hotel. When we call hotel, hotel reception was extreme rude and refuse to connect to her. These employees are worse customer service. I end up meeting her in Met Museum. This hotel deserves 0 stars.

En estos momentos resido en el en bonito y está en el centro de Manhattan así que para visitar lugares Serca y caminar está bien

I enjoyed my stay here very much! Just wish they had a mini fridge. Not too far from Korea town. I would stay again!

This isn't a hotel anymore it's a migrant shelter. Dirty, loud and shady. Be carful

Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht und auch etwas klein geraten. Das gesamte Haus scheint schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Aber es war alles sauber, Personal war nett und man ist direkt im Herzen von Manhatten, direkt hinter dem Empire State Building.

これまでに2回滞在しました。1番最後は4年前。コロナと物価が落ち着いたらまた行きたい。今はあるか分かりませんが、毎朝のマフィンとコーヒーのサービスが最高でした。内装はとても豪華！建物自体は古く、大通り沿いなので騒がしさはありましたが、それもニューヨークらしいってことで私は楽しめました????

This is my most favorite hotel in America. The building is old but I feel the history. Little bit far but you can get to the Times Square by the walk. I make sure to visit again✌️

J'ai séjourné 5 jours dans cet établissement. J'ai aimé le charme un peu kitch et désuet des lieux (dorures, miroirs, grands lustres...) et j'ai adoré l'emplacement ! En plein centre de Manhattan, à proximité de tout. De ma fenêtre j'avais une vue incroyable sur le magnifique Empire State Building. Les
chambres sont propres et fonctionnelles. Petit plus : tous les matins l'hôtel offre gratuitement (dans le hall) cafés et muffins.

Très bien placé dans à deux pas de l'Empire State Building. Calme, propre et confortable. Personnel très aimable. Muffins et café dans le hall de l'hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité/ prix pour New York.

el vestíbulo es magnífico, la habitación son cómodas. Teníamos magdalenas y una bebida caliente que todas las mañanas. Es cierto que el hotel puede parecer anticuado, pero lo que hace todo su encanto. PS: Por la mañana hay del mundo, teníamos comprar una pequeña bandeja con el fin de subir nuestro pequeño dej en las habitaciones.
