Hotel barato cerca de las estaciones de metro de Nueva York.
Las 33 habitaciones de este hotel, repartidas en cinco plantas, son sencillas y luminosas. Aunque todos tienen una cocineta, a cambio, varios de ellos comparten el baño. Prefieren habitaciones que dan al patio, sobre un jardín, más tranquilas. Tenga cuidado, las paredes que se clasifican, es imposible construir un ascensor, planear el equipaje ligero...... La decoración de las habitaciones es superficial y un poco anticuada, pero el hotel está tratando de mantener sus precios lo más bajos posible. Sin embargo, el hotel está idealmente situado, cerca de las estaciones de metro.

Very rude unwavering reception. Hung up on me refusing a refund even though we are 6 weeks out from the reservation. There was an *accidental* cancellation and he wouldn’t reinstate the reservation or give the money back even after contacting immediately after the mistake.

This place is sooo charming in the charming area of Chelsea, was provided with a nice warm welcome and cookies! The stay was very seamless and we had no issues! Free breakfast! Cannot go wrong, will be looking forward to coming back! You definitely felt like you were apart of a community here! Everyone is so warm and friendly.

The main bed was old or in a bad shape and you would easily roll into the middle.
The staff in the reception was very rude. The wifi did not work well. There was no elevator and at night you could hear the music of the pub next door until 2am like if it was in the room next to you.
The only positive things of this hotel are the location and the cleaning.
