ROYAL OURS BLANC HOTEL & SPA ^{* * * *}

L’ensemble de l’hôtel est moyen. L’accès à la spa est payant ! Non compris dans la tarif de l’hôtel (sur le site booking à corriger). Spa est trop petit ! Jacuzzi on rentre max deux personnes ! Hammam ça pue. Je suis restée que 15 min alors que j’ai payé 20€ pour une heure. Pas de geste sur ça ! Pour les clients de l’hôtel devrait être gratuit. La cuisine est très lente. Les personnels sont gentils.

Très bon séjour au Royal, la nouvelle équipe est au petits soins du début à la fin. Mention spéciale au responsable Alexandre pour son professionnalisme.

Le bar au coin du feu est ultra cosy et agréable après une journée de ski, l'emplacement central avenue des jeux est idéal pour profiter de la vie de la station.

La piscine dans la grotte est sympa aussi, et le PDJ est copieux et de très bonne qualité.

Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons était très bien accueilli. L'hôtel est très bien placé, propre, chaleureux. La vue de notre chambre était exceptionnelle. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

SCAMMERS !!!!!

I was conned by This hotel they had taken payment from. Me then I was spammed by numerous emails saying the payment hasn’t gone thru then when I checked in they explained it was a mistake so any way as I left again they was telling me I need to pay. I felt scared and vulnerable then they charged my friends card for my stay that I have had to pay him Iam now in debt and don’t no how Iam goi no to be able to eat this month I have had nothing but stess from them they don’t respond to my email ever they charged a card with out permission this is against the law and unless this is resolved they will hear the music
I suggest no one stay here they are scammers !

Well well well, where do I start with this place!! Came on a skiing holiday with my girlfriend for 4 days and it’s safe to say the royal ours blanc hotel ruined our holiday. We was on the same flight as 2 couples who are from our area and have mutual friends, we ate out a few nights and got to know eachover better, they had an issue with the hotel as the payment system on the hotels end was not working, they had confirmation via email and also shown on there bank statement that they have payed the full hotel fee before they even arrived. As I checked out this morning everything was fine on my end got on the plane and arrived home safe and sound, I then received an email from the hotel saying they have debited £1,130.65 from my account as my FRIENDS payment didn't go though. Not only is this illegal but it is very unprofessional. ( I have attached screenshots of the email). I have now Been charged for someone else’s stay, I have no way of getting the money back off the hotel and my friend has already paid his bill and has full proof and confirmation of this. Not only did this happen, they “ACCIDENTALLY” charged me £435 twice (£870) and told me they will transfer it back to me. After having to constantly hassle them for my money back they only sent me £830 back, so not only have they charged me for someone else’s stay they have also short changed me £40!!! The rooms here are an absolute disgrace. No towels get changed and not fresh bottles of shower gel and shampoo get changed either, you have to go to the reception and ask for them yourself! The breakfast here is appalling, everything is cold, there is never any fresh juice as they don’t replace it when it’s empty & they don’t change the fruit, the fruit was sat there for days on end and gone mouldy (photos attached). I have emailed them back that I will be taking this matter to court if I don’t receive MY money back within 3-5 working days and still have no response. Guys please please please stay as far away from this hotel as possible. It is absolutely shocking here!!!!
