Estancia muy agradable en este hotel de gestión familiar con multitud de "extras": habitaciones renovadas con impresionantes vistas al lago, un salón/sala de reuniones con biblioteca multilingüe, tranquilidad en Ouchy, aparcamiento gratuito, un acogedor café-pub con terraza lounge y aperitivos hasta las 22.30 h, gestión familiar, una zona de bienestar gratuita para los huéspedes, con sauna y sala de fitness. Un acogedor campamento base ideal para recargar las pilas. Los autobuses 1 y 25 comunican con el centro de la ciudad.

I was there for a business trip. The rooms were very spacious, with a nice view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is located around a 15 minutes walk from the center and the train station. Also around a 5 minutes walk to the lake.

Poor value for money... Hotel is old style with carpets that are old & smell bad... Paid CHF290 for triple room with an old sofa bed as 3rd bed... Coffee machine not working & traffic noise from street very loud at night so could not sleep... For the high cost of a room I expected better facility...

A stunning location, but you really do need to pay the extra for a high level lake view room if you can; well worth the additional expense. A beautiful hotel in the traditional city style. My room was a little 'tired', but then I prefer new and contemporary styling. This room was clean, had everything I needed and decor/furnishings, whilst tired, added to the quaintness of the experience.
Service was exceptional in all areas of the hotel, especially bar, reception and breakfast (which was delicious). Highly recommended with lake view.
