Don't stay here. My worst ever experience I am affriad. Room stunk of sewage. We checked other floors and similar smell, so not just an unlucky room selection. In room facilities are sparse. No toilet paper. They instuct you to go to a shop to get some....a 15min walk. Will also need for dishwasher to get detergent. We moved to another hotel. Will ruin your holiday if stay here. Don't risk it.

L'appart-hôtel La Casa Del Sol offre une expérience correcte pour un séjour à Nouméa pour un bon rapport qualité/prix. La localisation est plutôt avantageuse et les appartements sont assez spacieux. Cependant, quelques détails pourraient être améliorés, notamment en ce qui concerne l'entretien général et la propreté de certains espaces. Le personnel est aimable, mais manque parfois de réactivité. Un choix acceptable pour un court séjour, mais attendez-vous à quelques imperfections.

Great rooms, great location. Pool was small but more than adequate. Loved the little shop next door open for certain hours each day to get essentials.
Staff were lovely. I got to practise my French.
Rooms need to have inventory checked more regularly as we were swapping items between apartments with our travel companions.
And if you bring a problem, such as a broken toilet seat to management's attention, don't expect quick service. Fortunately, there were two toilets in each apartment.
Other than that, it's great. I will use them again.
Staff were lovely. I got to practise my French.

Tres bien placé entre Anze Vata et la baie des Citrons.
Suivant l orientation de l appartement hôtel et surtout a l étage. Le plus possible en hauteur, plus de visibilité mon de bruits.
Mieux qu aux premiers etages.

Réservation pour trois personnes avec 1 grand lit et un canapé lit, sur place juste un grand mot et pas de canapé lit...

Idéalement situé, la casa del sole propose des chambres propres et spacieuses.
Cependant, le mobilier est vieillissant (notre bain de soleil et notre table étaient si bancales que nous n'avons pas osé les utiliser)
La piscine est petite et elle aussi est vieillissante, voire dangereuse (des troux dans le plancher)
L'installation électrique est défectueuse.
Et faire payer le wifi paraît inadapté au regard du prix de la prestation, et du fait qu'en 2022, le wifi est une prestation standard.
Cependant, le mobilier est vieillissant (notre bain de soleil et notre table étaient si bancales que nous n'avons pas osé les utiliser)

Not worth the money we paid for 6 nights.
Huge 2 bedrooms appartement, but with minimal furniture and equipment. We had to buy a sharp knife. Only one 30L pot, and a bent small pan to cook with. Not even a sponge or dishwashing liquid. Just a tea towel.
No hair dryer or anything like that.
Funny smells sometimes...
The shower head span around.
Bad insulation, wind sounded like a hurricane.
Forget about parking your car there, it's always full.
Oh and... WiFi is paying.

The good;
the rooms are big and spacious, everything works, comes with a kitchen with running water, oven etc. This place was nice, lots of restaurants open late for if you get there late and the water is across the road which is very nice.
The bad;
The paint on the walls and roof are peeling very bad and a lot of things are broken such as door handles and beds. Doesn’t smell the best and there are hardly any lights in the rooms only lamps that don’t do much.
Overall I think staying here is good if you’re going to stay for 1-2 nights but anything last that and I personally think you should find another place to stay.

Très bien placé, vue magnifique.
Quartier animé le vendredi soir et samedi soir
Par contre gros point négatif pour le bruit. On entend les voisins du dessus tirer les chaises, marcher etc.

Serviced appartment 6 knifes 6 forks 6 spoons 1 tea towell,no sharp knife, aircon only in bedrooms one not working , wonky outdoor funiture had to tell my child not to use in fear of breaking .staff great view amazing we only stayed two days so we put up with it but would definitely not stay longer,we are at a different accommodation and are frequently saying wow imagine if we were still at that place!

Le Casa del Sole est une solution de résidence appartement très pratique : une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire, un petite pièce attenante avec machine à laver, un espace salon-salle à manger confortables, une chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et une terrasse avec une petite table permettant de prendre les repas tout en profitant de la vue sur mer. Tout est à proximité : la plage, les restaurants, les boites de nuit. Le personnel est sympathique. Seul petit bémol : le mobilier et les canapés ont un peu vécus.

Apartamentos que dan a la bahía de los limones o a la ensenada vata.Amplio con terraza y bastante bien concebido (lava vajilla, lavadora/secadora, horno, horno y microondas). Un pequeño inconveniente, el servicio: no logis cuando estamos estancia alargada más de un mes, es necesario pagar para tener este servicio. La recepción, que era excelente en septiembre de 2014 ha deterioró en diciembre de 2015, es una lástima.Una pequeña tienda permite hacer sus compras de primera necesidad con horarios bastante amplio.

Apres une semaine de circuit, appartement très appréciable au Casa del sole : spacieux, tout équipé, à proximité de l'aquarium, de l'anse vata et de la baie des citrons. Super vue du 16eme étage sur la zone du PMT en face l'hôtel tant l'eau est transparente.

Un excelente lugar en Numea, muy bien situado.Apartamentos inmensas (92m ² - es demasiado grande a 3) y están muy bien equipados (vajilla completo, TELEVISIÓN Gd pantalla, lavadora/secadora… nada te pierdas), limpios y bien aisladas fónicamente. Con una excelente relación calidad-precio.
Las habitaciones son auténticos apartamentos amplios con cocina ESTADOUNIDENSE con gran terraza, un rincón oscuro y un gran salón. El hotel está bien situado en acceso rápido a la vez a la bahía de los limones y a L'Anse Vata. Un pequeño inconveniente para la piscina que es un poco pequeña y rápidamente saturarse cuando hay niños.

La plus belle vue que nous n'avons jamais eu, si vous avez la chance d'être en face de la Baie des Citrons.
