The only reason for not giving 5 stars in the gentleman behind the front desk at check in was extremely curt and rude. The other front desk staff we encountered were pleasant and friendly.
Everything was amazing,location it’s next to the city 15 min walk or less .
Breakfast was delicious,stuff was very professional and always help with your needs .
Rooms are comfortable and warm .
Will definitely come back more ☺️

Free breakfast hit the spot.
Executive Lounge is perfect if you want dinner without having to go back out after a long day or deal with crowds. My room is perfect sized, ocean view, and quiet. I have stayed here 2x so far with no complaints. This is my goto destination in Reykjavik for personal and business visits!

The staff is amazing. I can’t thank the receptionist, Sigrun, enough for her hospitality. Reykjavik Excursions didn’t pick me up for my transfer to the airport, and she arranged a taxi to take me to the airport for free. This was the last thing I expected the hotel to do, but I can’t thank them enough for the great customer service.
Location a little further from the city centre but there’s a mall nearby
However the staff at the reception could have done better in terms of their service and attitude
The breakfast was great and the room was alright, but not the warm reception you're used to. No one seemed to care, felt quite cold generally.
House keeping missed our room for some reason and the restocks were inconsistent.
Overall, a good hotel in that you get a good room and breakfast. However, it falls short of Hilton hospitality standards and even standard hospitality in my opinion.
