Charismatic five star hotel in the city centre of beautiful Genua. The rooms are bit dated but richly decorated, the bath rooms a modern and clean, the bed fresh and the linen clean, in-house Griotto Ristorante is amongst the best in town, and the staff is welcoming and friendly, in particular in the small bar, which probably service the best gin tonic in a balloon glass in Genua

De locatie is super. Alles is op loopafstand. De kamer werd 2 keer per dag netjes gemaakt. Gezellige bar. Goed ontbijt. En ook het diner in het hotel was erg goed. Vriendelijk personeel.

This is an old historical hotel that is worth staying just to experience staying in a museum like accommodation. It is very well located close to shopping and restaurants but out of the ZTL. Around 10-15 walk to the historical centre.

Service is generally very good and professional. The restaurant is also very classy and the food is above average. It's just a delight to dine in a room that looks like the museum you visit.

The room we got (a upgrade) was very spacious and modern facilities are available despite being an old botel. The only issue is that the wooden floor creaks very bad but that is normal for old buildings. Overall a very good stay.

Superbe séjour en amoureux, le personnel est au petit soin, très accueillant, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un 5 étoiles mais on a apprécié la gentillesse et les conseils, emplacement de l'hôtel au top, à 2 pas de la place Ferrari, chambre top, je recommande

Hôtel au cœur de la ville avec un service de réception.
Le personnel est très accueillant.
Il y a un service de parking pour 29€ qui permet de mettre en sécurité les voitures.
La rue principale est un peu bruyante donc il faut demander un étage élevé pour pas trop entendre le bruit

Pour notre première expérience dans un Palace, nous n'avons pas été déçus, l'emplacement est top, l'hôtel est magnifique. Coup de cœur pour l'escalier et sa verrière. Le personnel est très attentionné, et nous mettons un petit plus au barman Ivan qui nous a régalé avec ses cocktails et ses bons conseils pour profiter de la ville. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner.

manca il Bidet, almeno nella mia stanza, e per un hotel a 5 stelle in Italia lo trovo inammissibile.

Very old and not well maintained. You can hear everything from the hallway. I could fit my palm under the door. Uncomfy beds. The breakfast & location are the only positive aspects. Too expensive for what it offers

Ya habíamos ido en este hotel en 2005 y de paso en Génova se regrese ya que se había quedado un buen recuerdo. No ha cambiado nada, excepto que en la recepción también se habla francés. La ubicación es central y se pueden visitar la ciudad a pie. La arquitectura y el estilo antiguo de este establecimiento le confieren mucho encanto, y no se puede sino destaca en la magnífica escalera interior. Teníamos una habitación estándar, no muy grande pero bien equipada y a un precio correcto con ropa de cama de alta calidad. Sería necesario llevar eventualmente refrigerios de pintura. El desayuno es muy variada y los productos buenos. Se puede desayunar o en la terraza o en la sala decorada con gusto. Ningún reproche para este céntrico hotel con buena relación calidad-precio.
