Clean apparment, close to metro station. Excellent location in quiet street. Kitchen has everything for cooking.

A szállás csodás. A város központjában, közel a metróállomás. Szoba szép volt. Tiszta. Jó ár.

Apartamenty na wynajem krótkoterminowy dla turystów. Z zewnątrz kamienice nie zachęcające ale po wejściu do środka trafiasz na nowocześnie wyremontowane lokale, do tego bardzo czyste.
W moim była bardzo duża łazienka 2x3 metry z prysznicem 1x2 oraz duży i wysoki pokój z aneksem kuchennym w pełni wyposażonym. Jedyna niedogodnością jest trafienie na adres i odbiór karty nagnetycznej/klucza do lokalu z boxów z kodem. Po prostu najeży wcześniej przeczytać instrukcję wejścia i obejrzeć film z linku od Zarządcy i wszystko będzie jasne.
Poniewaz podróżowałem samochodem to potrzebowałem skorzystać z parkingu podziemnego - dość droga usługa około 13.000 forintów.

Great place to spend some time, and making you feel comfortable, have everything you need, and located near to everything you mightsearch for.

Egy éjszakát töltöttünk egy erkélyes apartmanban (504).
A szálláshely oldalán foglaltam közvetlenül 16 300 ftért, de a recepciós fizetéskor 21 000 ftot akart kérni. Meg tudtuk beszélni, de furcsa volt. A terminálon bankkártyával csak euróban lehetett volna fizetni (forintos számla esetén elég sokat lehet bukni a váltáson - egyébként sem a weboldalon sem a visszaigazoló emailben nem volt tájékoztatás erről, hogy csak euróban lehet.) Mi készpénzben fizettünk végül, mert úgy lehetett forintban is..
Maga az épület/folyosó, környék (sajnos általánosságban a fővárosnak a forgalmasabb részei) számunkra nem barátságos, biztonságérzetet keltő.
A szoba kellemesen tágas és felszerelt volt, viszont otthonosnak nem éreztük. Kicsit szürke volt. Valami élénk szín nagyon fel tudná dobni. Látszott, hogy nem túl rég (1-2 éven belül) lehetett festve is, nem volt lelakva.
Örültünk a kis konyhasaroknak, evőeszközöknek, tányéroknak, bögréknek, vízforralónak és mikrónak. Jó kis lábasok is voltak, tűzhellyel.
Továbbá a mi szobánkba kb reggel 8 órától besütött a nap, ami számunkra szintén kellemes volt. Éjszaka klímával fűtöttünk, napközben viszont a nap melegítette annyira a helyet, hogy nem volt szükség plusz fűtésre.
Az ablakból egy üres udvarra, telekre lehetett látni. Csend és nyugalom volt, jól lehetet pihenni. Az ágy matraca kicsit keményebb fajta, viszont szimpatikus volt, hogy volt a felületén védőfólia a lepedő alatt (fokozta a tisztaság érzetet).
A szoba tisztaságával elégedettek voltunk.
Mi ár-érték arányban összességében elégedettek voltunk. Vidéki, túrázó fiatal pár lévén szebb helyeken is szálltunk már meg ilyen áron, de nem Pesten. Sajnos ez a főváros ilyen.:( Ebben az árkategóriában (16300ft) ez a szolgáltatás, szállás szerintem rendben volt Budapesten.

La ubicación perfecta pero, no limpian las habitaciones aunque viene una limpieza incluida cada 3 días, ni reclamado en recepción. Tampoco hacen cambios de sábanas ni toallas.
No hay mínimos de limpieza, detergente, lavavajillas, trapos etc.
Dicen que hay mucho ruido, nosotros escuchamos algo el sábado noche pero, nada raro.
Habitacion confortable con nevera y microondas (No hay horno como enseñan en las fotos).
Varios supermercados tipo Lidl muy cerca así cómo parada de metro y tram.
Ideal para 1 o 2 días, para más días te dejas un dineral en los mínimos de limpieza y cocina (Sal, aceite etc..) Además de estar siempre con las mismas toallas.

Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato qui per capodanno, la ragazza della reception è sempre stata gentile fornendoci tutte le informazioni utili e nel check-in ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di rosè per brindare l’ultimo dell’anno. Camera calda e molto pulita con tutti i confort all’interno.
Posizione ottima, centrale con tutti i servizi e ristoranti a portata di mano e raggiungibile la zona del parlamento in 10 minuti a piedi!
Nel momento del check-out invece, visto che dovevamo partire molto presto la ragazza della recemption è stata altrettanto gentile e carina per spiegarci tutto.
Sicuramente arrivederci :)

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno di queste camere nel 2019...siamo una famiglia di 3 persone...ottimo servizio all arrivo...stanze confortevoli...non mancava nulla...riscaldamento sempre acceso era fine novembre....abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni...cucina super funzionante...il lidl era vicinissimo per fare la spesa...letti comodissimi...ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Excellent central location. Clean and spacious room with cooking and laundry facilities in the room. Only issue I had was I couldn't get the internet to work

The furniture is just right, the kitchenware is just as right for being an apartment, the reception justifies the check in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. (24 hours have not passed) due to the cleanliness of the apartment, there is no shower gel, the WiFi does not work very well, the air conditioning does not have a remote control so you cannot connect it and it produces heat and the filters are dirty, the filter of the extractor hood is at least to be washed (I am sure I do not cook under it) I will attach a photo of this because it is worth seeing and it also never stops making annoying noise. The best of all is the heating, the radiators are capped even if you give them power they will not increase their heat since they are limited, all of this is clearly to save (I see it well, energy saving is important) I am not going to say that We got cold but we were not comfortable either because outside today at about -2° I think it is cold enough for the heating to work correctly, it is good that they limit it but not so much, some are even cold.
