The best place to stay on ocean drive! The restaurant is great too, amazing Italian dishes. All of the servers are very attentive especially the young one with glasses I don’t remember his name! Thank you I will be back!!

Can't say enough good things about our stay. We stayed 3 nights in room 303 "executive thirties" which was a queen suite. Staff was so friendly and helpful. They even helped carry bags to and from the room. Room was so cool and full of anything you could need. So many outlets! Great view of the beach. We went to bed fairly early and there really wasn't any noise from outside that kept us up. Walls maybe were a little thin and we could hear the room next door. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Ocean Blvd, convenient to anywhere in south Beach!

The woman at the desk screwed me over. I arrived a bit early to politely ask for early check-in, which wasn't available, fine. But when I returned she had put me in a small dark and nearly windowless handicapped room. Shower was nice, but felt like a penalty for asking. You win this round, desk woman, but hopefully you don't have a job soon.

We've stayed at a lot of hotels and never experienced the level of customer service that Wendell provided. I thought the reviews were just a bunch of hype but he really went above and beyond to make our stay feel like first class.
We had an issue with our bathroom sink and he was quick to have it taken care of, plus he added a couple extra hrs to our check out time (even though I tried to refuse) for our inconvenience.
Our suite had an excellent view.
Room service and the bartender were on point and did a great job as well as all of the other staff.
The one thing that soured our experience at the end, and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 was the other manager who wasn't so personable (spanish gentleman) really rushed us out of our room at checkout time (ringing our phone while having housekeeping posted at the door, although she did apologize for the rush) with very little communication. We checked out 34 mins late due to a mixup by a waitress at a neighboring restaurant with my wife's order at brunch (not blaming them for that).
I kind of had a feeling of, ok now that we've got your money, your time is up... scram.

My Wife and I arrived to the hotel early, Chris at the front desk was fantastic and the entire staff were very friendly and nice. The hotel location is perfect, the hotel and room was very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Super hôtel pour des vacances en famille !
Le concept est chouette, une décoration unique pour chaque chambre.
Parfait emplacement pour visiter Miami Beach.
Le service est bon, un valet pour garer la voiture, des personnes souriantes.
Le coût du parking est très cher (mais c’est normal, ça reste Miami Beach)

Fabulous hotel right next to Ocean Drive. We only stayed for one night unfortunately and we had rainy weather but would probably been great since the beach is just across the street. We had the king suite with view of the sea.

We stayed at the Pelican Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time. Why? It wasn't just the beauty of the entire hotel, the great and quiet room, the delicious food in the restaurant right on Ocean Drive with waving palm trees in the background, but above all the staff. In my opinion, few people manage to combine professionalism and human warmth, not only towards guests but also within the team. At the Pelican Hotel this is lived, authentically and with a real smile. Giovanni and his team, wow, we look back on a fantastic time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Jürgen

EDIT: They put a $300 hold on your card at check in. I used a debit card. The hold never fell off. I contacted them (yes, I can show this) but no one ever helped me or even reached out for that matter.

There was a severe storm for 4 out of 5 days during our visit to Miami. During that miserable time, Pelican hotel (owned by the fashion brand Diesel) was the only thing that kept me sane.
Service:
Staff (especially Eddie at the front) are very attentative and housekeeping was impeccable and timely.
Location:
In the center of Miami beach
Bar:
Loved the modern atmosphere of the Pelican cafe and the music they play. 1 free drink per day is awesome.
Room:
Each room has its own theme.

Everything during my stay was perfect. Amazing location, super friendly and hospitable staff, perfect rooms. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return again. Thank you Pelican Hotel for making my time in Miami extra special.

Un hallazgo el hotel Pelican, habitaciones muy bien decoradas, cómodas ( un poco pequeñas) y Baños hechos a nuevo.
Limpieza general muy buena.
Buena relación de precios y calidad
Excelente ubicación y buen control de quien ingresa al hotel, por lo que uno se siente tranquilo y seguro.
Lo mejor el personal ( jefes y empleados) y la calidad de la cocina, una carta muy rica
Todo el personal amable, educado, atento, agradable, limpios y siempre predispuesta a resolver cualquier necesidad que uno plantee.
Particularmente nos atendieron Liz, Eduardo y Chiara para los cuales sólo tenemos palabras de halago
Pero es injusto no poder nombrarlo a todos y cada uno, la calidez humana de TODO el personal es destacable
