Had a lovely aperitif on this stunning rooftop. Everything has been perfect. Drinks and finger food with a unique view of Rome!! Just the best! They also have been extremely nice with our children! Top!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was impeccable! It had an amazing rooftop view from the terracewhere you can order cocktails. The location was perfect! It is steps from Piazza Navonna with quaint cobblestone streets, great restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning churches! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The service and staff were top-notch. We were greeted with prosecco and canapés. The breakfast was superb and so relaxing with a harp player every morning. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable with 2 sinks and 2 showerheads. Thank you to Simone and staff for such a wonderful experience!

Stayed 2 nights. Excellent location nearby Piazza Navona. Excellent breakfast specially poached egg made by beard arabian chef . Behaves of stuff is rude. tall african lady behaved to my daugher very rude. My wife ordered coffee when she delivered do the same thing. this is disappointed to American tourist . what to do? exchanged hotel. didn’t except this from a 5 star hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. The location was fantastic, right next to Piazza Navona, and walking distance to Pantheon. Nice restaurants all around the area.
My room was not large, but very modern and clean, especially bathroom has a big bath tub. The staff were friendly.
We arrived one day late, due to Delta flight cancellation and notified the hotel up front, but required to pay in full, still I would love to stay this hotel again.

Une équipe géniale, un accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner avec un harpiste est divin avec une multitude de choix et un chef pour réaliser les mets qu'on souhaite.
Le restaurant végétarien est délicieux, surprenant de dire ça pour moi qui suis un carnivore confirmé.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte . La camera é spettacolare, dotata di tutti i confort, e anche il servizio di aperitivo e stato molto apprezzato. Abbiamo anche cenato nel ristorante vegetariano al sesto piano. La colazione era abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato . il personale é gentile e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente.

Stop right here. If you’re from the US and are looking for a place to stay this is the place. The level of service and quality of the service was exceptional. The hotel is located 15-25 minute walk to all the sites. The Michelin rated restaurant blew us away! I’m so appreciated of the staff and how they took care of us and every need that we asked for. And thank you for speaking English.

Merci pour ce beau séjour dans votre établissement. Nous avons pleinement apprécié le confort de notre chambre et le cadre général de l''hôtel. Votre personnel a été très agréable et accueillant. La situation est parfaite, au cœur de Rome.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, and willing to accommodate for anything that may occur. Request the fifth floor for the best views, or use terrace dining on the roof. The nearby shops are absolutely perfect to walk through for a good sampling of small Roman shopping. (everything from clothing, leather goods, jewelry, to religious paintings and artifacts. Plus touristy shops if you want) The hotel has a Michelin ranked vegan restaurant, and there are plenty of options within walking distance for any taste.

Hotel storico di Roma, situato in una zona bellissima. Servizio attento e puntuale, pulito. Forse alcune zone hanno un arredamento un po datato ma per il resto veramente bello.

I’ve stayed here three times before my trip in Nov 2023, but not for at least 10 years. I was glad to be back and had a wonderful stay. The Raphael is impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The location - just off Piazza Navona - is great. I’m eager to stay here again.

Ambiance glaciale , aucune deco , plats décevants . Cuisine simpliste aucune recherche ni surprise .

Terrasse sympa, vue magnifique. La nourriture bio et végétarienne est un vrai plus, il est agréable de voir ce genre de concepts émerger dans le milieu de la gastronomie.
Tarif néanmoins grandement surfait. Service absolument indigne d’un relais château et réel doute quand à la formation du personnel!

Dans un cadre romantique la cuisine est savoureuse et creative, mais le rapport qualité prix est trop élevé. Cependant le service est très agréable.

Ce restaurant est une perle, juste derrière piazza Navona. Les plats variés et originaux font de ce restaurant végétarien un must de la capitale italienne. La vue depuis la terrasse supérieure est magnifique!

Service trop long , très cher comparé à ce qu’y était indiqué en couvert moyen , restaurant Vegan indiqué nulle part en grand , terrasse non chauffée du coup dîner dans une salle sans intérêt . Focaccia 28€ dessert 22€ primi piattti 33€ vraiment déçu . 160€ a deux pour une focaccia partage et un primi piatti chacun . Honteux . Seul point positif service très agréable malgré que cela soit très long .

Tres deçus de ce restaurant! Si la vue du rooftop est tres belle, la cuisine n est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix payé. Les goûts sont simples, vraiment rien d exceptionnel. Allez y pour boire un verre et apprecier la vue mais, je conseille vivement de ne pas y diner.

Une expérience culinaire franchement désastreuse. Le tasting menu s’affiche au même prix que celui de jolis restaurants créatifs mais ne vous trompez pas, il n’en est rien. Les produits manquent tellement de goût qu’on doute de leur qualité, les cuissons sont ratées, les assaisonnements inexistants. La déception était telle que nous avons préféré passer le dessert plutôt que de s’infliger une assiette supplémentaire. Passez votre chemin sans regret, et contentez vous de profiter de la belle terrasse et de sa vue à l’occasion d’un verre.

BON HOTEL
L' Hôtel a une belle façade et est bien situé. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. Le service est rapide et efficace. Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

Restaurant organic and vegan entrees were amazing and unique. Breakfast offerings were most generous with a comfortable dining room and attentative staff. My only negative experience was the crowd noise late on Saturday night. But when one is a block from Piazza Navona, I suspect it is not uncommon to be a bit loud on the weekends.
