Every staff member was warm and accommodating from start to finish (sending us off with homemade limoncello from the lemon trees onsite!). You’ll feel well taken care of, whether it’s Kevin mixing you an Aperol spritz or Negroni, or being presented with custom art on your cappuccino.
The rooms are basic but very comfortable. We stayed in a 2 story room with twin sized bunk beds on the ground floor and a queen bed on the 2nd floor. I wouldn’t recommend the attic bedroom for anyone taller than 5’9” since the ceilings and shower head are so low.
Just be aware that the Basilica di Santa Maria has a clock tower that rings every 15 minutes so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Nous sommes arrivés sous la pluie avec 3h d'avance, le dépôt des valises fut accepté sans aucun problème, proposition de nous livrer la chambre plus rapidement gratuitement de la part de l'hôtel, vraiment adorable.
L'accueil est ultra chaleureux, l'ensemble du personnel est au petit soin, le petit déjeuner est parfait, un havre de paix en plein milieu du quartier branché de la capitale, l'orangeraie et la terrasse sur le toit sont sublime, on se sent bien dans cet hotel.
Nous avons malheureusement perdu une nuit de sommeil dù à un concert de musique électronique juste à côté de l'hôtel, musique à fond jusqu'à 3h du matin, mais la gérance de l'hôtel n'y peut rien.
Je retournerai avec grand plaisir dans cet établissement.
Das Haus ist rund um den herrlich ruhigen Innenhof eines ehemaligen Klosters angelegt. Unser Zimmer war (wie auch einige andere) direkt vom Hof aus ebenerdig zugänglich. Die Dachterrasse mit gemütlichen Liegen und Zitronenbäumen lädt zum Sonnetanken ein.
Äußerst freundliches Personal mit viel Witz und Charme. Die kleine gemütliche Bar dient morgens als Frühstücksraum und bietet abends zur Happy Hour ein kleines Antipasti-Buffet, das im Preis inbegriffen ist. Der zuvorkommende und witzige Barkeeper macht den Aufenthalt hier zum Vergnügen.
Wir waren mit dem Nachtzug unterwegs: Bei der Anreise hatten wir Glück und konnten das Zimmer bereits am Vormittag beziehen. Bei der Abreise durften wir das Gepäck den ganzen Tag bei der Rezeption deponieren, bis wir am Abend mit dem vom Hotel für uns bestellen Taxi zum Bahnhof fuhren.
Wenn wir wieder einmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir ganz sicher wieder hier wohnen.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, con espacio suficiente para dos personas y un baño grande y con muy buena presión y temperatura de agua. También teniamos un patio privado!
El desayuno es completísimo, con opciones dulce caseras y también opciones saladas. El café es increible. Pidan el capuccino romantico! Pueden tomar su desayuno tanto adentro como afuera, tienen un espacio muy bonito rodeado de arboles. Nosotros llegamos muy temprano a Roma y mientras esperabamos la habitación nos sirvieron café, cornetto y pain au chocolat, una hermosa atención!
Cuando salis del hotel, estas a un paso de los mejores restaurants en el barrio más hermoso de Roma que es el Trastevere. Pidan recomendaciones en recepción, realmente son muy serviciales. Destaco la atención de Armando, Federico y Emmanuelle que son los chicos con los que conversé estos días, tambien vi a otras personas que fueron super amables pero no se sus nombres, todo el staff es excelente. Los señores Rosales y Valenzuela que preparan el café del desayuno también son geniales!
Fue una experiencia maravillosa y me encantaría volver pronto!
