Es una dirección encantadora que ha conservado su encanto bohemio y artístico, idealmente situada en el centro de Sausalito, a tiro de piedra de restaurantes, galerías de arte y los transbordadores a San Francisco. Wonderful stay at this little hotel by the beach. Definitely recommend! There needs to be some improvement, but it's an old building as well, so it still maintained the old charms.

Really nice place to Stay near San Francisco. It is very familiar, you have all you need. Sausalito is a beautiful place, quiet and you feel like in a dream. I recommend it!!

My wife and I stayed in the "Lilac Room" at the Gables Inn for two nights last week, and we really enjoyed our time there. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view of the bay, San Francisco, Alcatraz Island and the SF-Oakland Bay Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions on restaurants, things to see, history of the inn, etc. A very short walk to the downtown and waterfront, and parking was quite convenient. If the small lot at the lobby of the inn happened to be full, there were several alternatives for parking close by which also honored the inn's parking pass. The next time we're in the area, we'll definitely plan on staying there again!
