Poeta de talento, iniciador del Festival de Jazz y varias veces director de albergue, Abdoukhadre Diallo se ha embarcado en una nueva aventura con este hotel sin pretensiones del sur de la isla. Las 12 habitaciones climatizadas están dispuestas alrededor de un pequeño patio interior, creando un pozo de luz en el edificio. Son sencillas y confortables, algunas con pequeños balcones con vistas al barrio. En la^2ª planta, alrededor de una gran terraza panorámica, se están preparando nuevas habitaciones. Una cálida bienvenida del propietario.

Excellent hôtel au coeur de St Louis

L'Etoile du Sud est idéalement situé sur la partie sud de l'ile de St Louis. Le responsable Diallo est fort aimable et cultivé. Je le recommande.

Superbe hôtel idéalement situé !!!
Les chambres sont toutes très très propres et spacieuses (nous en avons occupé 3), avec clim, frigo privatif, TV, moustiquaire.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié !
L’hôtel est plein de charme !
Un grand merci à son propriétaire (et ses fils) qui nous a reçu comme des rois !!!
On reviendra ;) !!

The rooms are exactly as you see in the pictures. They are comfortable, the sheets are clean and of good quality. The bathroom is large, not particularly special, but very functional and suitable. The staff is welcoming, and the continental breakfast is convenient. It is farther from the majority of restaurants which are in the north of the island, but it is an easy and safe 15 minute walk (even at night).
