What a beautiful retreat away from the busy roads of Oaxaca! Great location, the walking tour and Monte Alban with Gabriel was sublime! Excellent guide. Betty was excellent at communicating and check in was easy. The rooftop sunsets are delightful and breakfast is similarly fantastic. Would 100% return.

We love this hotel! The staff were great, the breakfast was so good, and the setting and rooms were lovely. We stayed for a week and would stay again. It feels even better to stay here because of their donation to educational programs.

Stayed here for a week. Made to feel right at home. Staff very attentive and sweet. Delicious included bfast. Close to walk to centro and probably much quieter. Loved the fan and AC and gardens. Lovely jacaranda tree in full bloom and fresh bottled water always available. Wonderful patios to relax. Staff very helpful when my family arrived super late one night after airport issues and accommodated for heating up food etc. Really happy that they help community and schools.

Incredible stay here! Amazing breakfast each morning and very accommodating staff. I was very sick and had to stay in the room for two days, but with the natural light and accessibility to water and fresh air I felt so comfortable!! The design is beautiful. Also, definitely take a tour with Gabriel! 10/10 experience :)

I was so excited to stay at Hotel con Corazon, especially considering their mission and service to the community.

Unfortunately we were pretty disappointed. The service from the staff was pretty sub par and the rooms are very small and ours didn’t have air conditioning despite it being ~ 95F when we were there. I was supposed to stay here again when we returned from Puerto Escondido but I cancelled my reservation and made one right across from Santo Domingo church that was the same price and had much better amenities and service.

I think if the price reflected the service and amenities it would be worth it but unfortunately it didn’t for me.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel con Corazon. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was varied and always delicious. The location is a little bit away from the main hustle and bustle of the centre of Oaxaca but only a 10-15 min walk, and quite nice to be away from the noise of the bars etc at night.
We did the Hierve el Agua tour through the hotel as well and Victor was a great tour host and enjoyed our day a lot.

We had an incredibly memorable stay at Hotel con Corazón. The front desk secretly noticed my fiancé’s birthday was the day after we checked in and the next morning, the kind staff surprised him with the most beautiful and delicious birthday cake during the breakfast! It was so thoughtful and really meant a lot, especially because it was so unexpected! The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay, even booking us experiences and a private driver for the day to take us on memorable visits around the area. The room was comfortable and quiet and the common areas were so nice to relax in. The breakfast was especially standout as delicious, fresh, and always something to look forward to. We really loved the mission of the hotel to provide training and education for youth in the community. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay with outstanding service.

Excelente hotel con un diseño muy original. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, cuidadas, y limpias. Pero lo que más nos gustó (y lo que considero que hace toda la diferencia) es el trato de las personas que trabajan ahí. Siempre pacientes y dispuestas a ayudarte y hacer tu estancia más agradable. El desayuno también bastante rico. Aunque no está en el mero centro, está bastante cerca caminando (te toma unos 10-15 minutos dependiendo de tu paso). Sin duda regresaremos.

El hotel es muy bonito, súper limpio, está en excelentes condiciones y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno de cortesía es delicioso y las áreas comunes te permiten relajarte bastante. Además el concepto de ser un hotel con causa, es muy valioso.
El único detalle es que está ubicado en los extremos del centro histórico lo cual puede no ser tan conveniente para algunas personas, pero si te gusta caminar, eso no será un problema.

Our room was very clean & spacious with a tall ceiling, big shower & colorful decor. The staff was beyond gracious and helpful. And the breakfast meals were fabulous! We liked how they support the local youth & the environment. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Pésimo hotel, no lo recomiendo esta carisma la noche para el tipo de habitaciones, nos habían cobrado 8 mil pesos por una habitación que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la habitación era un cubo donde solo cabía la cama, sin espacio para moverte, me sentía encerrada, quisimos cancelar con más de 24 hrs de anticipación y querían cobrar penalidad muy alta por eso lo tomamos pero al llegar la mujer que atendió nos hizo esperar muchísimo para dar la habitación y cuando la vimos fue tremendo.
Si vienes a descansar, relajarte y disfrutar no es este hotel la opción. Hay otros más cómodos y con mucho mejor precio y hasta con alberca,
Al final la mujer del otro turno si nos aceptó la cancelación y nos fuimos a otro lugar

A great staff with an artistically designed lodging for a good cause. Breakfast was excellent, which was included. My wife and I felt safe and comfortable. The staff quickly addressed any concerns and was very kind.

I was delighted with my stay at Hotel Con Corazon! It is a lovely hotel within walking distance to the Zocalo. Breakfast is included and it was delicious and beautifully presented. My room was great and I enjoyed their patios filed with chairs, trees and flowers. I highly recommend it!

Hotel Con Corazon was an amazing place to stay during our recent trip to Oaxaca. It was great to stay somewhere that does so much for the community. The rooms were large and comfortable we especially enjoyed our patio room which had its own private patio space. The room was cleaned every day while were out and was always spotless. The breakfasts that are included with your stay are incredible. There were two courses made for you which usually consisted of a yogurt, granola, and fruit plate. The other course varied each day but was always delicious. The staff were always incredibly helpful and kind with anything we asked for. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the city.

Great hotel, room was clean design, common areas chic aesthetic& peaceful. Breakfast was delicious everyday. Location is just on the outskirts of historic downtown, a short 10am walk. And your money goes to social good of supporting young folks & their education.

Si un lugar tiene un impacto en la educación y a parte de eso es tan bonito y bien dirigido , merece más que 5 estrellas .
Y las personas que cocinan , son la cereza del pastel .

je ne peux que recommander. petit déjeuner excellent et chaque jour différent. on vous sert à la table. Les employés sont très sympathiques. Pour marcher au centre d'Oaxaca il faut max 15 mn donc c'est vraiment super bien situé. Il y a un safe dans la chambre, la climatisation ou un ventilateur. 17% des frais de la chambre sont en plus versés pour soutenir des jeunes dans leur études etc. Dès qu'on demandait qq chose, on avait une réponse très professionnelle. Les personnes à la réception sont très bien formées. Le seul petit bémol était le dernier jour: avec un autre couple nous devions partir à 5.30 à l'aéroport. II y aurait été sympathique si nous pouvions boire du café et manger une petite collation. En effet, chaque matin le café fut servi dans un thérmo, d'autant plus qu'il y a toujours qqn qui est à la réception... vraiment je recommande cet établissement

Le meilleur hotel de notre voyage

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cet hôtel et l'expérience fut parfaite. L'endoit respire la sérénité, on mange bien, les chambres sont belles, la terrasse avec vue sur la ville est super agréable. Le projet social n'est pas mis en avant outrageusement bien que les résultats soient excellents. Quel plaisir de savoir qu'on oeuvre pour le mieux en choisissant cet hotel. Nous recommandons a 100%!
