Bistro-restaurante en París que prepara una comida increíble, salmonete, foie gras y espinacas muy agradable.
Situado justo al lado del Cirque d'Hiver, este bistro, clasificado como Monumento Histórico, fue en el siglo XVIII el refugio de los artistas de circo. La decoración vale la pena echarle un vistazo: llena de color, recuerda con cariño los mejores recuerdos de nuestra infancia. Mosaicos, frescos, azulejos anaranjados y amarillos, payaso triste o payaso grotesco mostrando sus caras en el techo pintado fijado bajo cristal, el lugar es único en París. Sven Chartier y Ewen Lemoigne de Saturn Restaurant han retomado esta leyenda del barrio. Se pueden degustar excelentes vinos antes de degustar una cocina sorprendentemente variada: bulbos empanados, sí, existen y son buenos. El salmonete de roca, el foie gras y las espinacas son igual de curiosos pero muy agradables.

A charming unpretentious interior awaits you with all the cutlery you need in a drawer at your table. After a small discussion about wine we ordered the recommendation.
The appetisers were incredible sized. You could have them for a starter if there was something you preferred. We opted for the beef tartar and the crab beignet. Both were wonderfully presented and tasted amazing.
I went for the veal sweetbreads, accompanied with a smoked eel purée, bitter leaves and purslane. They were definitely the best sweetbreads I’ve had and will be thinking about them for a while. Light, delicate and wonderfully prepared. A joy to eat from start to finish.
We finished with a dessert wine and a coffee. Too full to go for the selection of desserts they had on offer.
