Great hospitality, very nice room with balcony G9 and bath. Good breakfast and excellent cuisine! Great service and staff and happy cooks!

Nous avons testé l'hôtel dans le cadre d'une réservation avec Staycation. Le package comprenait la nuit en chambre classique, un cocktail, l'accès au spa ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité du service, la beauté de l'hôtel et la grandeur de la chambre. Incroyable. Nous reviendront l'été afin de profité du jardin tropical.

All in all a pleasant stay with some points of improvement
+ Cool quirky interior design, spacious rooms with high ceilings
+ A sweet handwritten welcome note
+ Good yummy breakfast buffet especially the pâtisserie
+ The impressive (heavy looking) old school doors at the entree opening automatically. Yay!
+ Walking distance to all main sightings
+ Parking across the street with a sweet price of 19e/24h

- Location is a little gritty around the hotel at night and didn't feel safe walking alone
- Didn't manage to get a massage as they need to be booked two months (!) in advance and this was a last minute booking.
- The spa is open from 20-22 for guests. I wanted to purchase a swimsuit which is a service on offer, there was staff present but they indicated that the caisse was closed... so no spa neither which was a bit dissapointing as I came to relax after a long day.

Le quartier n'est pas très rassurant le soir. L'avantage c'est qu'il soit près de la gare.
Dans la chambre il manque de quoi accrocher les serviettes et les peignoirs.
Je trouve tout de même le prix élevé pour la chambre même si l'hôtel est joli. Et 25 euros par personne pour le SPA, c'est aussi un peu cher, surtout que nous en avons profité qu'une fois sur les 2 jours. Plus de place le dimanche matin.

Beautiful design hotel. But
-rooms were cold, floors very cold and unpleasant to walk barefoot on
- very hard pillows (no alternatives)
- cleaning was average (lipstick on the mugs from previous guests, dirty ventilation outlets). The facade of the building is full of bird poop.
- spa needs to be booked well in advance as only 6 people can be there at the same time. Spa itself is nice though.
- not a top location. Rather far from the center, dodgy people in the area. Unsafe to walk in the evening.
