We stayed in double twin bed room ..with family 3. We had very good stay!
Breakfast is good.. continental, including indian foods.
Again, Creek's view is spectacular from room ... most of the time we spent there.
Don't miss creek view rooms facing west side. (See Photos)
Great team taken care very well ... we thank entire team.
Sure we will stay again... highly recommend!
every one is willing to go the extra mile to helping you and more, Many thanks to the general manager whom I never met, but I am sure that he is doing a great job, by the way breakfast buffet is great.

Service - Dina was exceptional at the front desk. I can see her in a management role in the future. Thank you for talking with us genuinely and not like a robot off a script.
Oscar was extremely helpful with my daughter's severe allergies. Cooked food from scratch as did the breakfast chef. Thank you to you both for taking care of her and special thanks to Oscar for sitting with us to plan her menu. I look forward to your chef's creations in the future.
Food - breakfast has variety of foods including Arabic, Indian, and Western. Tasty too!
Rooms - clean and comfortable
Fitness Room - not sure, will check it out today! Lol
And I would like to thank the housekeeping team especially Sukhram,Santosh and Ramesh who decorated my room for my birthday that was soooo soo thoughtful and I appreciate soo soo much
Not forgetting Nikhil from housekeeping omg he made sure i had everything I needed from water,towel and even gifted me a flask water bottle which i will never ever forget:) he pays attention to detail and it made me soo comfortable during my stay,he definitely knows how to take care of guests..he is a super star.

Treat your loved ones with a grand unlimited Iftar buffet @sheratondubaicreek below the stars and make it a memorable one.
This buffet has huge varieties of starters, main course and desserts. You can indulge of your choice and enjoy your dinner. Additionally live pasta counter and kebab counters are there, you can order your favourite and have it freshly. Staff were so friendly which make you feel happy while you have your dinner. I loved the creativity and food presentation with Ramadan theme which keeps you into Ramadan vibes.
Ambience was too good with indoor and outdoor seating, I opted outdoor as the weather was too good and pleasant.
Overall, I had a good Iftar meal @sheratondubaicreek
