Fairytale place amazing location with a view of Burj Khalifa

9 april 2024 almost 3pm ...
We was infront of palace downtown fountain area .There was a transgaurd security gaurd named HASSAN from sudan ..he was really really rude . came up with very bad attitude to stop us for taking photos there .. the worst behaviour ever we suffered and in the end we had to call up a police for him for that issue .. shame on that kind of security people from @transguard group .

Truly a Palace. We enjoyed our stay so much we struggled to leave to sight-see! Unbelievable location, spacious rooms, and impeccable service. Special mentions for Furba and Jasmine and countless others. Extremely helpful and polite hospitality personnel. I hope the owner recognises their merits. Thanks all. See you next time!

My experience at the hotel was great. Mr. Waseem took cafe of my needs for the stay. It was great. And Mr. Dimuth gave an excellent service at the table for breakfast in the restaurant. Location of hotel is excellent.

Worst 5 star hotel on Earth, period. We went on a honeymoon, and whenever you pay as much as we did, you’d expect everything to be perfect (it costs as much as the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, which we also went to, and its a dream hotel).
Well…it was far away from that. Actually, it was far away from acceptable.
Nobody on the reservation warned us that they would change times and other things because of the Ramadan (all the other hotels we checked do).
The room just feels outdated.
They try to push a car that costs 3 times as much as a regular taxi every time you leave the hotel.
But nothing beats the horrible attention from the staff. We have experienced a terrible disappointment at the pool.
With staff telling us to leave one part of the pool because they were assembling tables for the Ramadan Iftar. But worse than that, was a family doing an absurd noise (including using speakers on the pool!!! Absurd!!!) and they weren’t doing nothing!!! I had to go to the General Manager upstairs to complain so they’d do anything. What succeeded I won’t even bother telling (already had a discussion with Yousef, the Manager, and Ahmad, the security staff).
If I could give zero stars, I would.
The only thing that’s good there is the view.

Our experience in Al Bayt with my friend impeccably amazing. Perfect place to chill and unwind on Sunday. Staffs are so accomadating especially Jane who attends our needs and makes sure we were taken care of. Defenitly be back and will recommend other friends too.

This place is one of kind. Obviously the view is breathtaking but so the drinks and the atmosphere are magnificent. The staff is kind and professional. Definitely going back again!

I went with a friend to Palace Hotel for a dine and rest, a serene moment after the busy days.
This is the perfect place. You can relax and enjoy the ambiance of the place. This staff, Edison i believe, such an accomodating person.
We had a sumptuous meal.
It's an oasis.
Highly recommended.

I was looking for a good hotel with quality services in a good location to stay with my family. Plus no noisy bars and cars outside at night. Having been to Dubai several times, I knew about this hotel. The reality was excellent. An Arabic style hotel with a beautiful lobby and a friendly welcome on arrival at night. This quality hotel is in a fantastic location.
A great Diplomatic Suite - a quite large 2 rooms with a great bonus - the air condition was also quite. We really appreciated it during those 9 nights. We had a good night´s sleep every night, peacefully without any noise disturbance. Breakfast with excellent offer and staff. We really enjoyned the hotel pool. Relaxing and swimming in the pool with a view of the Burj Khalifa is breathtaking. The guys who took care of the pool /Furba, Binut, Nicolas/ and the staff /Mr. Larry and his boys/ - thank you for your great work and your attention. We really felt great with you. I have to appreciate that there was still order in the pool and by the pool, even with regard to the guests - thanks to the pool staff.
Sophia from the reception made us very happy. A beautiful bouquet of high quality roses and a decoration on the bed awaited the my wife on her birthday in the room.
Well equiped fitness, great food by the pool. Still a sufficient amount of water available.
Top location - with a view and within walking distance of Burj Khalifa, The Fountains, Dubai Mall, promenades.
All staff at the hotel are professional and courteous. For all 10 days, our great satisfaction.

طريقة الحمام المغربي عندهم متعبه كل شوي لازم اطلع من الغرفه اروح للبخار والا للشاور
عموما لا انصح به ابدا ودبي مليانه افضل منه بنفس السعر او اقل
