We enjoyed our stay at the hotel for 4 days.
Furniture is old yes but decent and sturdy.
Reception Manager Mr Ziad was very helpful when arranging our extension.
Also Franz was great and helped alot with our breakfast though we came late. Thanks alot Franz!!

They cancelled our reservation without informing us!! They didnt even call before cancellation. Upon arrival, they said that the credit card didnt work and so, immediately they cancelled the reservation! They said all rooms are occupied and they can only provide whatever was available, which did not satisfy our needs. Complete lack of responsibility. Our whole vacation plans got messed up because of this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arjaan by Rotana in Dubai Media City, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of luxury.
A special shout-out to Karim, who provided exceptional room service during my stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my experience even more memorable.

Отель безумно хорош!
Вначале дали номер двухкомнатный, но с видом на стройку. Мы попросили другой, потише, и - о, чудо, нам поменяли на огромный номер с двумя спальнями, залом, зоной приема пищи, кухней (со всей необходимой посудой, кофемашиной, тостером), тремя санузлами и даже гардеробной комнатой и прачечной! Но вишенкой на торте был собственный мини-бассейн с подогреваемой водой и лежаками на балконе! И самое чарующее - это роскошный вид с балконов!
Номер был укомплектован всем необходимым: два халата, достаточное количество полотенец и средств гигиены, ежедневно пополняемых. Помимо уборки номера периодически проверяли состояние бассейна, брали воду на проверку, что тоже приятно удивило )) Бассейн отеля тоже посещали, там также подогреваемая вода, небольшой, но вполне себе комфортный.
Расположение отеля удобное, в минутах 7-10 - станция метро Al khail, 200 метров от остановки трамвая. Мы любители погулять, поэтому и до Марина-молл, и до пляжа (который рядом с колесом обозрения) ходили пешком. А сам отель ежедневно организовывает трансфер до пляжа рядом с Парусом.
В минутах 5-7 от отеля есть супермаркет Careful, чуть дальше огромное количество других магазинов, кафе.
Обслуживание великолепное, все просьбы удовлетворялись буквально в течении нескольких минут. Русскоговорящие ребята на ресепшене работали ежедневно, все выходцы из стран Средней Азии, а они, как известно, очень приветливые и отзывчивые ))
Питание: всё было безумно вкусно, блюда пополнялись моментально, напитки подавались на ужин (в отличии от некоторых отелей ОАЭ без концепции all-inclusive). Администрация ресторана и официанты улыбчивы, обслуживание на высоте!
Вообще, мы любим сеть отелей Rotana в ОАЭ, и Arjaan нам очень, очень понравился! Обязательно вернёмся в этот отель сами и уже рекомендуем его всем друзьям и знакомым ))

My parents have just finished a holiday, staying at the Arjaan and I am blown away by the service and the astounding treatment they had. They were upgraded to a palatial suite of rooms and every member of staff went out of their way to make their stay fabulous.
From the managers, Tarek, Kaza, Raoul, Nikili to the life guards, waiters, valet staff and even Germain on security. Every single person made them feel comfortable and welcome. Every chef was alerted to make sure my mum wasn't given any black pepper, due to a severe intolerance.
The Iftar in Skylight was their first and it was so special! Absolutely delightful!
The teams came together and made it the perfect stay for them, despite the rain! Thank you so much for making their holiday an amazing one.

Отличный отель! Обслуживание на высоте - забота персонала, внимательность, есть русскоговорящие сотрудники. В отеле очень красиво и чисто, в номерах убирают быстро и аккуратно.

Отдельного внимания заслуживает ресторан с шикарными завтраками и обедами. Сотрудники ресторана улыбчивые и внимательные.

Роскошная зона отдыха с бассейном джакузи и видом на небоскребы. Там же можно заказать еду из кафе - я брала цезарь. Порция огромная, а цена очень приятная.

Очень хорошее расположение. Рядом станция метро, вкусные кафе и рестораны, супермаркет и, что важно, тишина! А до Марины можно комфортно прогуляться пешком.

Обязательно вернусь!

Very nice view from balcony especially when at 28 th floor. We spent a week in different rooms and 3 bedrooms suite on 28th floor was the best so far. There is nice caffe in lobby with delicious latte and cappuccino ????open pull is gorgeous at night ❤️‍????

Great hotel, perfect breakfast with various food choices, nice location. Good for business trips.

For the past 3 years, this has been where I stay each and every time I come to Dubai, for both business and leisure.

The team here are exceptional.... Hannah has been my point of contact throughout my stays and is one of the reasons I continue to come back because she is genuine and friendly and always assist me when needed. The overall team at this location goes above and beyond to make me feel at home (As I did live here for 2 weeks prior). The newly refurbed rooms are my favourite, bright and full of light. I always book the apartments so that I can do my own laundry and cooking when needed.

The location is perfect for access to everything on that side of town (Palm Jumeirah, marina, Mall of Emirates, Hessa Street, ect...) even so that I took a scooter to/from this past trip as I was so close to everything.

I look forward to my next visit.
