Very good location, rooms and toilets quiet small but everything available, and staff very welcoming us and nice.

Good location, the apartment is properly equipped and the bed is comfortable only the pillows are incredibly uncomfortable.... Change them....

Старые и потертве номера, грязный ковролан, обшарпанная мебель. Только локация спасает и вид из окна. За ту цену, которая на букинге можно найти получше отель.

Ganz in der Nähe zur Marina Mall mit eigenem tollen Pool und Indoorspielplatz. Keine Minute weiter ein schöner Spielplatz unter einer Brücke (schön im Schatten und abgesperrt). Super schönes Frühstück und ein immer hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. 5 min von der Metro (rote Linie, DMCC) entfernt.

Camere puțin cam vechi și un ușor miros de mucegai.
Micul dejun acceptabil.
Personalul de la curățenie își face treaba relativ ok dacă le lași o atenție ! Când uiți să lași ceva și pentru ei - te întorci la ora 17:00 în cameră și constați ca nu au trecut pe acolo , practic rămâi fără șampon , gunoiul nu era ridicat , perișoarele neschimbate …

Great place to stay in the middle of marina, staff was very friend, our room was great and had a nice view, definitely recommended!

Estuve tres semanas alojado en el hotel , vistas espectaculares y el personal fantastico ! Todo perfecto , limpieza diaria de la habitacion y de la cocina ! Muy muy bien !

Per chi vuole avere un ottima posizione per poter andare al mare o per arrivare subito alla stazione della metro o il tram, questo residence è perfetto. Con una bella piscina , sala fitness ma soprattutto la ciliegina sulla torta è che puoi uscire direttamente sula passeggiata della marina.
Le camere sono spaziose, il salotto con comodi divani e nella piccola cucina troverete assolutamente tutto il necessario per preparare o una bella colazione o addirittura il pranzo ( noi siamo andati sempre fuori ai ristoranti che sono lì vicino).
Alla reception c'è una signorina molto gentile e carina sempre sorridente.
Una cosa molto importante: siamo arrivati verso le 9 del mattino e ci hanno fatto il cekin subito perché l'appartamento era già disponibile e non abbiamopagatonulladi extra. E una cosa che non tutti gli hotel a Dubai stanno facendo.
L'unica cosa che dovrebbe migliorare sarebbe la colazione perché ha pochissima scelta ma va bene lo stesso .
Consigliatissimo.

It's a nice hotel with a good view. It's an expensive hotel with a low score for value for money.

This place rocks. Im a single american dude in my 30’s for reference. They’re super polite and treat you like you’re important even though I booked the cheapest room here that I could find on Expedia. (No balcony)
The room is the equivalent of a pretty nice studio apartment in the US. Plenty of space, washer/dryer, kitchenette, tv, desk, couch. It was great.
Breakfast was included in my rate and that was a nice little buffet. Of course sadly no Bacon cuz that’s Haram, but very nice staff and a decent selection of options.
The pool is pretty sick and overlooks the Marina area.
You can walk over to the beach in 10ish minutes.
This location was great because 10 min to beach and then 10 min other way to the metro station.
Only thing to consider is its about 20 minutes from downtown so its best if you’re wanting to visit somewhere south of town (abu dhabi?) or if you want to specifically hang in the Marina/Palm Jumeira area (which is very nice).

Very Cheap and Very good location if you want the ease of going out and being in some action Marina Walk just at your doorstep restaurant right next to you supermarkets and even a huge shopping center. And of course many yachts and Boats some you can even rent and make a tour directly over to palm jumeriah. Not the best breakfast and not the nicest pool but very cool location….. from which you can find everything the metro is also close if you want to go to Dubai Downtown or palm jumeriah with it.

very nice and clean apartment right at the walking promenade Marina. We arrived early but thanks to friendly hotel staff we were able to check in earlier, super friendly and helpful staff. the room was clean and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary supplies and enough parking spaces in the garage! the view from our balcony is awesome ! We will definitely come back here again!
